Booked last minute after a terrible experience checking into a different hotel. SO glad we did - it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Spotlessly clean and spacious surroundings with a fabulous breakfast and polite service from the friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and sauna, had dinner in the restaurant, and relaxed in the comfortable family room. Thank you, we will be back.

Comfortable rooms, showers could do with being a bit more powerful, and a better extraction fan as everything was totally steamed up. Good cold/heat in rooms with the aircon, comfortable bed and nice to have a fridge in room. The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. We had buffet food as we were part of a large group, food wasn't that great, but edible. Breakfast was nice 👍🏻
I was unable to make use of the pool on Sunday morning due to "maintenance" of which I think should have been done over night when the pool was closed, so due to this I've knocked it down to 4*.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at the Delta Marriott. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and our spacious family room made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the pool and well-equipped gym facilities. A special thank you to Gavin and Vanessa from the reception team for their outstanding service.

Easy access Jnc 15 from M4. Very close to Swindon Old Town & Swindon Outlet not far away.|Comfortable clean room with everything that is needed. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Good selection at breakfast and quality meat. Dinner had a good selection and the pasta meal I had was very good. Friendly and helpful staff.|Plenty of parking available, but be advised that even if a hotel guest, you are charged for parking, approx £ 7.50 overnight.

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms which inc a dinner package. We had a very warm lovely welcome by the receptionist who was extremely helpful.Our room was not as clean as we would have expected which was a shame but it was nice to have a room with 2 double beds. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was faulty so we had to leave it open when using the bathroom. We had booked the dinner package and booked our table in advance for 7pm. I understand that they were quite busy that evening but unfortunately we still didn't get our food order taken until 8pm. The kids got their meals soon after but the adult main meals didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a long time for us to wait when our children were getting restless and tired. We also by that point felt it was too late to eat and didn't finish our meals. We did speak to the manager and eventually they did compensate for the long wait so we appreciated that. Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and good timings for breakfast.The swimming area needs a bit of a refurb. Even though there is lots of space it just needs a bit of TLC and a refresh. Other than the few items mentioned we still had a lovely stay with family The receptionists were exceptional and every understanding. They even spoke to us the following day to apologise about the issue with the dinner. We wouldn't let it stop us from staying there again.

I spent two nights at the Marriott Delta on a work trip with five colleagues.||This is a very good hotel. We had a seminar room for one day and were very well looked after by the business team. Great facilities and everything worked flawlessly :)||Plenty of parking available.||I will use this hotel again for sure.

We got married here on 28/03/2015 & decided to return for a stay for our 10th anniversary,|We had a lovely superior room, very comfy bed, only minor criticism is pillows are way too soft for our liking, but that's just our preference.|Enjoyed a lovely swim,|& celebrated with drinks & had dinner in their restaurant, all wonderful service both at the bar & in the restaurant, food was delicious!|Had a very good sleep, and breakfast was good.|Thoroughly recommend a stay here.|Thank you to all the staff and we will see you again soon! ||

I stayed at this hotel from 3:40 PM on December 29, 2024, to 8:45 AM on December 30, 2024. While the overall experience was fine, I was disappointed to find leftover food on plates, empty bottles of alcohol, and glasses in the corridor near the rooms upon my arrival. This gave an impression of neglect in maintaining cleanliness, as the mess was visible for several hours. It would have been more acceptable if this had been promptly cleaned up. I hope the hotel management addresses this issue for future guests.
