Booked a holiday for my elderly mum and sisters , as what you book on the website the pictures are lovely caravans , definitely not what in get , I did email parkdean resorts, was told pictures are illustration purposes only , false advertising in my opinion, mum didn't want a fuss making , so because I didn't go to the team , they wouldn't do anything when I emailed, fair enough, but won't book with these again , website very misleading

Absolutely fantastic beach is basically on your own front doorstep the staff are lovely and there is a restaurant and bar plus arcades and indoor pool plus entertainment and bingo and much more

Location is as good as it gets, sea views, and although at the top of a cliff, it is only a short walk to the beach.
Some caravans are beautiful, and others are a bit dated. The park and grounds are well looked after, although the amenities are only so-so. I found the pool cold and quite small while the spa tub was the same temperature as the pool, 27 degrees, brrrr.
The on-site shop was expensive, but that is normal, however a 10 min drive gets a huge Asda or Morrisons.
The food in the restaurant was better than expected and food & drink average prices. Entertainment was okay but I had no idea what was being said as the mic was distorted to my ears for every evening that we went.
I would definitely come back because of the fantastic location and empty beaches morning and night to walk the dogs.

What a fantastic place this is unlike the holiday park next door which people mistake denemouth from there(crimdon dene). Fabulous clubhouse with the best entertainment and fabulous food at a good price. The park owners Neil Darren and Katie are so welcoming and go above and beyond for their customers.

A lovely family run caravan park on a stunning piece of the North East coastline. There is a bar onsite which offers a friendly, welcome - amazing food prepared on the premises - check the menus for offers- performers Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as bingo and quizzes. For the Sports fans - matches are shown on screen. In the summer months there is also a stage outside. Worthwhile checking out if you are in the area.
