Flippin love Dereks! Amazing sandwiches and the best coffee (from Crosby Coffee which is the best) Always served quick and never rushed out. Easy to access with baby in pram and has fold down baby change even though toilets are not massive. Bit pricey but totally worth it for a treat, great quality and big portions. Super tasty!

A limited menu with well conceived combinations. It's about £8-10 for a sandwich. If that makes you recoil, consider that a foot long from Subway can cost MORE than this - and there is simply no comparison for taste and qua lity of ingredients.

I've tried the Gabagool and Mama's Meatballs - both great. The sandwich is well wrapped in foil and paper and travels well due to this, plus the management of liquid avoids a soggy mess.

The bread is fresh and good, but not truly excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Derek’s in Crosby! The blue haired lady on the till was incredibly lovely, friendly and welcoming, and the service was top notch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. It’s clear that Derek‘s takes pride in offering quality and comfort to their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic spot in Crosby. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I recently visited Derek’s in Crosby. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions.

I also want to mention the blue-haired girl working at the till (Forgive me I didn’t get her name). She was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. It's clear she takes pride in her work.

Overall, I highly recommend Derek’s for anyone in the Crosby area. Great food, great coffee, and even better service.

Me and my husband were up from Kent visiting a friend in the area who recommended Derek's. Well, it did not disappoint! What a lovely little gem. The cafe is bright and airy, with super friendly staff. I choose the Ceasar buffalo sub and it was absolutely delicious, full to the brim with fresh ingredients and lovely mixture of ranch and buffalo sauce. We tried to order the Tots and were told they'd run out and were expecting a delivery. 10 minutes after tucking into our food, the polite man behind the till presented us with 2 boxes of Tots for free. They'd obviously had the delivery between us asking and cooked some for us. Such a lovely touch. If we didn't live 250 miles away, I'd be in this place every week! Highly recommend and next time we're up I'll definitely be visiting again.

The best service, best food and most delicious coffee 😍 we made a special trip from Stoke to experience the coffee here! I ordered the brown butter latte, with oat milk, it's so good I went back for seconds! I also ordered The Grinder, which was delicious - packed full of flavour and wrapped perfectly!
