Michael was absolutely incredible. From the booking to the event he had open, clear, communication about everything, allowing for changes and adaptations to the menu. Everything was so meticulous and well done, everyone LOVED the food. It was an incredible experience, from the ambience he created while serving, to presentation to taste in the canapés. It was everything we expected and more. I still have my guests commenting on how good the food was, and how they wish they could eat like that all the time, and i would have to agree
When it came to the end of the night, he managed to clean up in the blink of an eye. 100% amazing. WOULD RECOMMEND to anyone thinking of needing a chef for their event.
