I've only recently started going to Diamond Nails after a recommendation. Every time there is a short wait (3-4.30pm arrival) and they do a great job! This is a photo of my most recent nails, early Christmas nails!

First time using Diamond Nails in Hessle. I had an appointment for 4:30 and there were 8 people waiting. 7 got seen before me, and I was seen at 5pm so a 30min wait with an appointment. Not bad really considering it's the festive season. I was really happy with the process and the results. The level of detail in my nail design was very high and I absolutely love them! Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer

My nails turned out really nice, got exactly what I asked for and the staff were lovely. Even tho they was overwhelmed with clients they still offered drinks to everyone. The waiting time wasn’t great but it is expected with holiday season and with the great service you get it was worth it. 🙂

I can on the 31st july with my friend to get nails done and was overall quite disappointed.

I often get my nails done whilst away at university and rather enjoy the experience but this left a lot to be desired.

I’m not sure if my nails were filed down too much to begin with, but for the first few layers of gel under the UV light burnt and was extremely painful.

Yes, it could be that I have sensitive nails, but this has never happened when i have had my nails done previously or at other places. I was told to just take my hand out if it hurt, but I still feel as though this isnt normal.

Then I got a single layer of plain colour on my nails (I quite like the finish so no complaints here) then finished off.

Whilst waiting for my friend I noticed one of my nails was done very poorly, but this was then corrected by another nail tech.

However, when it came to paying a woman before us paid via bank transfer, but they refused to let us do the same, meaning we had to go and get money out of a chesh point, but not the end of the world.

Where my main issue lies is that I was told to get £30 out for my nails and her to get £37, so we got out £80 just to be safe and when we got back I was told mine was actually £35.
I was a bit annoyed by this as she definitely said £30, but everyone makes mistakes, so I can get over it.

However, the overall experience was disappointing and definitely not worth £35, in my uni town down south I never pay more than about £30 for designs so I don’t understand how they can be comfortable charging so much.

Overall, disappointing experience, more money than it’s worth, very painful UV light treatment.

Attended here on the recommendation of a colleague. I found the staff to be very unfriendly and the whole place had a strange atmosphere.
Its a bit like a conveyer belt when having nail extensions done, the receptionist sits you down and then shows you some different types of extensions to choose from a young women then comes to the table,files them down on top (too much) and then stuck the extensions on,all whilst barely speaking to me. She then cleared off leaving me wondering what was going on. I was then joined by a young man, who was a bit friendlier, and he applied the top colour. It all felt very rushed and he constantly checked his mobile phone and texted whilst working on my nails. Also there was a language barrier with staff shouting across the room and laughing to each other in a foreign language, which can be quite off putting as you feel as though you are being talked about.
As soon as i walked out of this place i felt as though my nail beds ached and this became worse over the next few days. I persevered and have grown the nails off and found i have been left with a fungal nail infection under my thumb nail, which was not there before.

Staff are so lovely,they offer you drinks and they do a fantastic job,with their nail and pedicure services.Will definitely be returning more often xx

Absolutely satisfied!!!! The staffs are super friendly and professional even though I asked for a really complicated design and the results is amazing. Will be back!!👌
