Company uses the agency to buy reviews! Went there myself and it’s a hole, no privacy and receptionists are very rude. Housekeeping starts knocking at your door at 9am when checkout is at 12! Is this a joke? When asked to speak to general manager - staff said he is on holiday. Great place if you want to burn your money

We returned yesterday from a fantastic two week holiday at the Diamond Beach resort.
We was a family party of 13 including children and we all thoroughly enjoyed spending Christmas in the sun.

From the moment we arrived the service we received from the reception staff was excellent Salah (The manager) Mohammed, Mariam & Wahleed accommodated our needs fully.
Nothing was too much for them.
They did everything to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one.
The reception staff regularly went to the beach or to the pool to ask if we are enjoying our stay and if they can make any improvements.

We made use of the facilities kids club, entertainment night, salon - spa, Zumba, salsa & yoga.
We dined at the Mongolian, Indian, Egyptian, Italian.
My husband and niece celebrated their birthday and Mariam organised a cake for them which made their day even more special.
The Jewel restaurant had so much variety of food that we was spoilt for choice.
The manager Mohammed would make a point of coming to ask if there was anything we wanted, or anything they could do.

All the staff in the restaurant was helpful and had great customer service skills including Gamal who served our table, Mohammed (Egg chef) Shaggy (drinks man) Hand & Ibrahim.
When you ask for anything they would reply “ it is my pleasure”.

Thanks to Jasmin & Ashraf in the beauty salon, who arranged our massages and facials and to Abdul who always left beautiful swans & elephants made out of towels on our beds.

Thanks to Saeed who always looked after us in the pool area & Mustafa for organising a private boat for us to enjoy diving and snorkelling - a day we will never forget.

In summary this holiday was the 1st since Covid started was excellent everything we could have wished for.
We are now planning our welcome home trip in December 2022.

So, not been able to post this before as we have been in a battle with our credit card company and having the assistance of the financial ombudsman. A genuine word of warning....DO NOT purchase any jewellery from Diamonds International....they rip you off. Do not be misled by all the hype on board the Caribbean ships stating how reputable this company is, it is far from it. They will take your payment on an alternative terminal that has no financial or legal link to the company so when you try to get your money back you will have no recourse. Purchased a diamond ring in January from St Maarten store only to find when we got it home it was worthless. Took the ring out of our sight to be sized and diamond was changed. In the words of a reputable diamond specialist from the jewellery Quarter, it was a lump of coal.
Save your money....shame on you TUI for advertising this company and allowing your customers to believe they are trustworthy!
