Stayed one night to be near Wembley on a budget and immediately wished we spent a little more. Check in was a mess being told the kebab shop next door was the reception, however the lovely lady in there didnt seem to know quite how to help but she did her best. After calling the hotels number we ended up being guided to the room where the first issue was the door handle coming off and being really hard to lock the door. Room was clean but sad looking with paint peeling, cracks and broken tables. The beds where extremely uncomfortable and only one extremely thin pillow was provided. The street outside is extremely loud and the beds would shake whenever a car or train passed through the night. Hardly any sleep was had and i definitely would recommend anyone to pay the extra and go somewhere a little nicer. Especially after seeing some comments on people being paid to leave 5* reviews.

What a great experience of London, the people in the area were friendly, the hotel was right on the doorstep of public transport and the hotel itself was clean, organised and the team working for them could t have been more helpful. We couldn’t give any higher praise to one of the members of staff who organised for our autistic nephews iPad to be returned to the north east as he’d accidentally left it under his bed before leaving. Impeccable customer service. Can we just say we normally stay at more expensive places but due to the need to be in this area we had compromised …. we would certainly return and the customer service alone warrants a much higher price. Thank you again🙏

Stay away!!! I was offered 5 USDT to give this hotel a 5 star review. They approached me on telegram. They are scammers. Do NOT book any reservations at Diana hotel.

If we got a cutlery and the beds were a little more comfortable I could say this place is a good spot to take a rest after an intense day of visiting the city

Worst place i stayed in Europe. I arranged it for two nights because its price was half considering the hotels in the city. However, the neighbourhood turned out to be not safe, the room was on top of a night club, all the noise was inside the room and there were the flying bugs which we couldn’t find their source. Sheets were cleanish. We actually booked another hotel and left in very early morning. Disaster!

terrible place. it is located directly above a nightclub, there is incredible noise at night, it is impossible to sleep. Additionally, it was quite dirty

Embarrassing hotel and not recommended .
After a long flight was not able to do the basic to take shower - there simply wasn’t hot water and nobody helped because reception service was closed. Got super dirty room (the floor) , one towel was wet.
