Fantastic quiet park in beautiful nature! |If you want silence, surrounded by nature and the odd friendly chicken , no club house , hot tubs or party time this is the place for you ! |Lodges are big, lovely and clean and set nicely apart and very comfortable. Not too far from Kirkby Lonsdale for food etc and to the coast ..|We will be back !

Beautiful clean caravan and site. So quiet and peaceful. There is a train line close by which can be noisy but it didn't bother us, you get used to it and it's not often they pass. The site is dog friendly with a small pond you can walk around. The only thing we miss is a bus stop nearby so we can go into Kirkby Lonsdale for food and drinks but that is just our preference, it's not a negative reflection on the site.

The site is very small and rural nothing on the site but can use facilities at there other park at a cost nothing for kids on this site only a small park the lodges are nice as there all privately owned ours was nice and clean to a degree the cleanliness could of been better but beware a train line runs at the side of the park and is loud it comes every 30/40 min starts around 6am and stops around 10 this is not published on the website or anywhere else also the park is unmanned so no reception only on other park 15 min away

We have just come back from a few days away staying in Happy Days Lodge at Docker holiday park. The lodge was lovely and clean and looked very new. It had everything required for a great stay. |It was a very quiet park and you had to get in the car to go anywhere. There are trains running past at the top of the park. |There is a pond on site where we fed the ducks and also a slide and 2 swings for children. |It mentioned nice walks from the site when booking but we couldn't find any paths or trails directly from the park without using the main road. |For a few days away to relax it was perfect so I would definitely recommend here.

We have just returned from the Lake House Lodge at Docker and we loved it. The location was isolated but so peaceful and beautiful. ||We had our toddler with us and the local wildlife and trains going past added to the trip excitement. ||The lodge had everything we could have ever needed and was cosy and clean. We would go back here in a heartbeat.||

One of the best places I have visited and stayed so far!

When we arrived on park the first impressions where very good. The views are beautiful and the staff very friendly. Speaking to Anastasia they have around 8 lodges on park which are rented out. We stayed in The Bee's Knees lodge. The lodge it self was so clean and perfect for our stay. Very impressed with the decor and the well equipped kitchen. Very nice private decking with seating area, we had amazing weather during our stay so we really enjoyed being outside on the decking. We had a dog with us and it was really nice to have the gate shut, patio doors open and enjoying the peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing break.

Would not recommend this place to anyone that is disabled or in a wheelchair. The caravan was beautiful and I cannot fault a thing in there however my mum stayed in Happy Days and was unable to leave the caravan due to a massively steep driveway which was not mentioned on the website or could be seen on the photos. The whole park is full of hills which is completely inaccessible to someone with a mobility aid. Wish it had been documented on the website as it would have saved us a waste of time and money as my mum had to cut her holiday short. Plus I have emailed pure leisure about this problem requesting that they mention the terrain on the website and have been totally ignored.
