It was great, fancy restaurant/cafe, I had a great time with my friend. We were served by friendy, lovely Joban and V, the desserts are yummy, I loved their earl grey tea! I recommend! 🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕

I was there on Wednesday. ordered pancakes and creps. The pancakes were delicious. But the price of the crepes was not adequate to the appearance, which did not even look like the online menu and cost about £10… The staff first brought pancakes, and after about 10 minutes my partner got crepes. We also ordered coffee which was delivered at the very end, after a long time after eating the meal. Unfortunately, the staff did not know what to do, the coffee should have been delivered first, and meals for two people should not have been separated in time. There were no other customers we were alone in this restaurant.

The fee for this poor service was added to the bill without informing us.

Excellently location , lovely view , nice doors and multiple staff members at reception who are always waiting for you with a big smile on their faces , as you enter , they’ll direct you to the sitting areas which can either be ground floor or the upstairs dine-in space . As you approach the dine-in area you’ll see a QR code on each table for the menu and a beautiful ornament . You can either scaN QR code or wait for staff members to bring you the menu , multiple options of nice and yummy cuisines waiting for you in the menu , you can choose according to your taste , sit there enjoy well and don’t forget to bring your friends here . Food quality is excellent and apparently their rating is five stars as well . Lastly it’s not even too expensive .

Management behaviour was disgusting! We were out with our two girls and the management came across very arrogant and intimating. We have never been to a family restaurant where the management made us feel uncomfortable, it was a very horrible feeling. I'm disgusted with the management and the service provided by this restaurant. My family and I will not come here again.

Came with a bunch of friends and tried various desserts. All of them were very good.
It could be much better if there were vegan desserts available.
The ambience was good, and so did the service.
Will come again if there are vegan options.

Came for dessert on the evening, seating upstairs was empty. Ordered the pancakes with pistachio which was good, but would have liked more of the pistachio sauce on it. Other half ordered an apple crumble, the custard was cold. Denied any tap water! Service charge was added to the bill without us being told it would.

The best pastry shop in Coventry. The lady that works there was very helpful and always with smile!! We couldn't choose what we wanted because of many options. Waffles or crepes or many others with plenty of syrups, ice cream scoops, and garnish. What amazing desserts!! Totally, we ll be regular in this pastry shop. I recommend 100% to try it.

I had visited Dolci earlier and it was an amazing experience. Loved the cheesecake.

However, I visited on 28th February, wanting to eat a cheesecake to which the manager replied that I have to wait 2 hours to eat the cheesecake (some defrost issues).

The thing that put me off was the manager was using a tissue to wipe his nose and went over to the staff to analyse the cheesecake. He proceeded to touch the cheesecake with the same hands he rubbed his nose with. When I questioned the act he immediately became defensive and asked me to leave.

I believe that the heath and safety standards should be kept at a higher standard considering the franchise. Wearing GLOVES is a start.

Please look into it.
