Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast with many a la carte options. They catered also for my gluten free husband. Very nice English breakfast, very good coffee and great smoked Scottish salmon. They even gave us a packed breakfast for our last day because we had to leave before breakfast time.
Very good location, 15 minutes away from the city centre by foot. Free parking at the hotel also.
What we didn't like was the cleaning standard of the toilet and bathroom. Our toilet was dirty when we arrived and asked someone to see it but yet they didn't clean it well enough. None of the four days our bathroom got cleaned more.
Another thing was that at night because of the hot room the wooden bed frame was cracking from expansion and it was waking me up. Lastly during the night light, was coming in under the door and from the windows despite the shut curtains.

Lovely place to stay for visiting Bath. 10 min walk downhill into the city centre. Very clean accommodation, comfy bed, very hospitable staff and great breakfasts. I stayed here before, 34 years ago, the breakfasts were good then too which is why I came back.

Exceptional B&B with superb room with 4 poster bed, well laid out with quality bathroom and furnishings, bedding and linen. Pleasant views and great ambiance. Excellent breakfasts with good variety and flexibility on the menu. Fantastic staff and lovely area to relax in. Wonderful bath salts and scrubs available to use. We shall be back, this is the best one we have stayed in! Quite exceptional.

Really lovely stay at this cosy BnB! The staff were all great, friendly and welcoming. The room was comfy with a massive bed! Bathroom was clean and well appointed, with a fancy and spacious shower. Really great breakfast options and very attentive staff looking after everyone.

Overall this is a nice hotel, although definitely not a 5 star Hotel.
Great location, about 10 min walk downhill into the city centre. There is one parking space for each room, car park is tight but manageable.
Breakfast is table service, overall food was tasty and good selection.
Service from staff was outstanding.
We stayed in one of the exec rooms at the top, room was OK. Unfortunately the bed was too soft for us and the pillows were really flat.. We struggled to sleep. Overall room was clean but there was limescale in the kettle and shower head.
Good choice of treats in the room and the bathroom had shower gel /shampoo and body lotion. Towels were very fluffy.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

While visiting from Canada, we booked a last minute trip to Bath and stayed at Dorian House. Couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or a better host. All the staff were wonderful and the food was far superior to other breakfasts we have had. Room was lovely, parking on site, a comfy lounge and dining area. Super convenient to walk into Bath. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service (Justine was very helpful, lugging our luggage upstairs etc), and thanks to him, got an upgrade to 4 poster bed room on first floor. Beautifully furnished and well maintained room and hotel. Good English breakfast. Snacks and sweets also lovely. Parking on site, a little limited but no issue. Walking distance about 20 mins to Bath city centre.

The B&B was truly amazing and quality place to stay. The check in process was professional and the young gentleman was informative and friendly. The room 9a was amazing and everything was perfect. The over stay was 10/10 and the breakfast was top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The walk to bath town centre was 15 mins away.|I would highly recommend this is you first place you book if you are going to stay in bath.||P.s there are 2 car chargers
