Had an amazing stay at DoubleTree Hilton Merry Hill! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the little spa was a great touch for relaxation. Loved the late check-out option, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Will definitely be visiting back very soon

We only stayed here for a single night so I had limited time to properly review the hotel, however here's my takeaway from our stay:

Firstly the room.. we was put onto a disabled/accessible room as they had sold out of the rooms I had booked (king room) . This is by no means the end of the world, but did mean we little things like the sink and toilet and shower were obviously altered and felt like more of a hassle to use than in a regular bathroom, especially when we didn't require it.

Our room also has this odd clicking noise (Room 5111). Throughout the night, floorboards creaked, and the plastics around the room like the TV bracket and parts of the door continuously creaked and cracked. Honestly, it was quite annoying, not sure why this happened or what it was but there was constantly someone creaking, cracking or something else.

Nonetheless the breakfast the next day was really good, great choice and the staff were super helpful.

Stayed here for one night before our early morning flight at Birmingham airport. The location is fabulous for what we wanted, a short ride to Birmingham airport, close to lots of choice for evening meals, a supermarket for last minute bits. ||The hotel was lovely, clean, modern and spacious. We had a room that had an interconnecting door, our room neighbours unfortunately decided to have an all night party in their room. This did disturb us heavily, but this is something that the hotel cannot forsee, we have spoke with the hotel via email and they have apologised. I would now request in future that we don’t have an interconnecting room door as it was like they were in our room with the noise. ||Without the room issue, this hotel is perfect for what we wanted and we hope to stay here again before our holiday flights next year as the location is perfect and the hotel is lovely.

We have stayed here a number of times. We stayed this time for two nights arriving Christmas Day. The hotel looked very festive. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, including to our two dogs. We were given a complementary upgrade. Our room was spotlessly clean and attractive. The breakfast was excellent, a wide choice and helpful and friendly staff. We had dinner one night in the restaurant - good food and wine not overpriced. An excellent stay, highly recommended

Booked a getaway, stayed here for 5 nights. Gated entrance car park, didn’t expect to pay £8 per day for parking but not an issue for us.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young man called Sonny, he explained the facilities and where our room was located. The free cookies are a bonus ☺️

The room was spacious, clean and well presented. Equipped with tea/coffee and clean bedding & towels - what you’d expect. Bathroom was clean, although our toilet was a little slow to flush. Shower pressure was lovely. The room did get a little cold at night but one text message to reception and they located me a heater and delivered to my room.

Beds were comfy. The staff were so accommodating, so thank you to Sonny, Beverley & Preeti for going above and beyond, nothing was too much hassle.

Thank you all for making our break comfortable & I'm sure we will return.

The rooms need a fridge in ideally, we stay here for 2 nights every 6 months for an event. I like to bring some of my own healthier snacks with me. One of the lifts was out of action all weekend, this was more comical than anything, and everyone managed to laugh about the working one going up and down out of sequence. The front doors were broken too, unfortunate timing with the storm, however a large event like this does need a better designated smoking area off the main room. The beds are comfortable, great size, pillows have no substance so I'll bring my own next time. The breakfast is great too. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The welcome cookies are delicious 😋

This is my third year staying at the Hilton Hotel to attend my work Christmas party. The party as usually was fanatic. When I checked in I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at the desk who even presented me with a warm cookie! Nothing was too much trouble and I decided to extended my booking for another night. The room I had was very comfortable and it did feel modern. Very clean and it was nice to have coffee bags instead of the usual freeze dried coffee. I’m looking forward to coming again next year. Thank you ❤️

A fair hotel in Coventry. Suitable for business use. The rooms are well equipped for this. One thing I would say is the rooms are a little tired. They do need an update, refurbishment in the near future. The main foyer is up to scratch, as is the restaurant. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel if in the area.
