Fantastic hotel. Lovely and modern rooms with nice touches using ambient backlighting. Air conditioning works well unlike a lot of hotels.|Good charging facilities for USB devices both sides of the bed.|Bathroom nice and modern with a big shower cubicle, no in bath shower and curtain in this Doubletree. I like the backlight shelf above the toilet that can be left on all night providing enough light for us men to aim without disturbing people.|Breakfast is the best of any Hilton, the flavours of the mushrooms are great and there are different items not seen elsewhere (Emmental Cheese quiche by example.|Check out was seamless and the two members of staff on reception Mahesh & Hawa really helped me with so some local information and appreciated my verbal feedback regarding the breakfast. They were very welcoming and I shall look forward to seeing them next week if they are on duty.

Disappointing does not even come close to our experience. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were given an accessible room. I am not fussed about the room being wheelchair accessible, as long as it is clean and comfortable. My request during my booking was for a queen room, but apparently, from my Hilton Honours profile, I had (what I could only say was accidentally done) chosen accessible room as a preference, and therefore even though I presented as not requiring a wheelchair, the reception staff was not open to change the room we had been assigned. She told me that the hotel was fully booked that weekend and unfortunately she could not offer us an alternative. ||||The bed we had was at most a small double, the curtains did not extend far down enough to block out daylight at dawn and the bathroom was the absolute nail in the coffin - with dirty shabby tiles. I was asked for feedback following our stay, and I aired my dissatisfaction about my stay. In response, I received what I perceived as passive aggressive response back stating the follow : ‘We also noted that the situation has not been brought to our team attention during your stay, as you stayed for two nights, should you have informed us about your unhappiness about that room, we would have provided you with another room, which would have been more comfortable and practical for you’. I am not entirely sure as to whether the team was spoken to following my feedback, but had this been done, they would have established that I was clearly told there were NO alternatives. I ASKED!! ||||As I said at the start of this review, being assigned an accessible room was not the issue for me! It was the cleanliness and quality of the room we were given that was.

Do not stay in here unless you want to be severally disappointed. Dirty bedsheets, broken AC.

The queen bed rooms are very small, the bed practically takes up the whole space of the room. We requested an updated to a twin room, which was bigger, but we had to wait a long time to get the room ready.

When we came in, it was awfully hot, the temperature on the panel showing 24°C. When I reported it to the reception they kept telling me to lower the temperature and that it would drop automatically. It did not. The whole stay we had to have the window open and a loud fan on at all times.

Additionally, the sheets were dirty and the staff had to come and change them around 9pm. When I showed the housekeeping where it was dirty, he asked me whether he should change all of the dirty sheets or just the pillows. Worst of all, the same thing happened to my family member who was staying at a different room, the sheets were covered in tiny oily specks, and clearly not changed. Extremely unhygienic.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the breakfast service. The waiters were lovely, friendly, kind and helpful. They were always smiling and were happy to accommodate to my lactose intolerance.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The issues just kept reappearing, and the staff at the reception desk did the bare minimum to solve them, and offered no actual apology.

An ok little hotel with good location and parking but overpriced for the rooms and service.

The gent on reception mumbled and wasn't particularly warm or welcoming. We're not entirely sure what he said as we kept having to ask him to repeat himself as he spoke so quietly. We saw the other receptionist being warm and welcoming to other guests though so I don't believe this is a reflection on the whole staff.

The rooms are tiny. We struggled to get in and out of the rooms with luggage. One tiny lift working for all 5 floors which was not adequate.

Car park has good range and size of spaces, including covered areas and disabled parking, but we're not sure if we paid for it correctly because the receptionist mumbled through the car park info.

Overall an ok stay, but would not stay here again.

Had a great weeklong visit here in May, and it was a great first place to land when traveling. It's not too far from 2 different tube stations, and if you're comfortable with the bus, it becomes a very short walk, even with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, though the entrance to the bathroom was a little tight just due to the doors and how they opened. Staff were super nice and helpful, even honoring my request for a quiet / end room. The cleaning staff shouted some in the hallways during the day, but otherwise it was dead silent and great for resting up. The internet/wifi was good enough to take work calls all day, too.

Let me start with a positive. The breakfast was decent. Although get there before 7am, otherwise it’s cold.|My wife and I checked in with our baby on Monday. We were told a cot could not fit in the queen room (£232.90 for two nights) and so paid for an upgrade - an additional £60. |The room was spacious. But disgusting. The carpets worn, torn and threadbare. Mould in the showers. The AC covering was battered and splintering (not safe for a child). I have included pictures in this review. |What I couldn’t picture is how pathetic the AC unit was. It did not cool down the room. Most AC units are on walls up high. Not the Doubletree Ealing. They shove theirs behind a huge box on the floor in the corner of the room. No circulation. Stagnant, warm air for the duration of our stay.|Now, if you are an exhausted businessman who returns to the hotel, care little about quality and just need somewhere to lay your head before heading out again early in the morning, then you’ll probably be content here. |If you are a weary traveller waiting for an early morning flight, go ahead and book. However, if you are: a family, have a young child, or are on holiday, DO NOT STAY HERE. Bates Motel would be more relaxing. |When checking out, I said to the receptionist, “so this is a 4* hotel?” They responded with a smirk and replied with, “in theory.” |My wife contacted management, and had the most condescending, rude reply in return.|Staying here was awful. Please, please do not do it to yourself.

I stayed at this hotel twice within the same month and was very impressed - especially during my second stay.||If you’re looking for a lovely hotel just on the outskirts of London, this is a great choice. For those expecting large, spacious rooms, keep in mind that this is London -compact rooms are the norm unless you book a suite. This is quite standard across most UK properties.||The hotel offers easy access to central London, with a tube station just a 2-minute walk away. Parking for 24 hours is reasonably priced and if you're visiting over the weekend, you might even find free residential parking nearby.||We stayed at the end of April to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday and the reception team went above and beyond to make the occasion special. Upon check-in, despite some hiccups with our booking, Nina ensured we had a lovely room and kindly informed us it wouldn’t be ready until the official time. Later in the evening, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely Italian-speaking lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) and the following day, a very professional gentleman assisted with our check-out.||The rooms include a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water for Hilton Honors members. The staff also left a thoughtful surprise for my mother-in-law, which was a lovely touch.||My toddler absolutely loved the warm cookies—every time we passed the reception, he insisted on stopping by with some excuse just to try and get another one!||If you're in the mood for a walk or morning run, there’s a park right outside the hotel that’s perfect for some light exercise.
