I had my first consultation today at the clinic with Maeve . I was a bit apprehensive as this is the first toe-dip into aesthetics. The location and clinic were equally spotless . I was offered water on arrival. The consultation was thorough and professional. The attention to detail was second to none and there was no hard sell. I felt confident that any treatment i was going to receive was in my best interest and not in the interest of profit .
I was made to feel very comfortable and assured at every step.
It was decided -after about an hour of consultation, analysis and photographs that I was suitable for a range of treatments depending on the results I wanted. There was discrete and appropriate discussion about fees and expectations prior to me receiving my first treatment- Which was painless ! A plan for further treatments was arranged so I know exactly when and how much the journey is going to be. After the appointment I received a post care fact sheet with a personal number attached if I had any issues following today’s appointment. I left feeling very excited about the whole process and am

Absolutely blown away at my initial consultation- the discussion, the explanation of options and processes but mainly the level of detail that came with the consultation. Nothing was left to interpretation and I was confident.
So I have begun a journey and everything is exactly as was explained to me- no surprises whatsoever. Skin products are impressive and of course guided by expertise- I’m enjoying watching subtle changes.

I had my initial consultation at Dr. K’s Clinic in December 2022, following research into aesthetic procedures and giving much consideration to Maeve’s clinical experience. I felt very reassured I would be seeing a highly trained, competent professional and I was not disappointed. Maeve is kind, understanding and gives honest realistic advice. I had concerns around marionette lines, wrinkles around my mouth, in between my eyes and a general aged appearance. 36 months later, following various treatments including Botox, Polynucleotides and prescription skincare, it’s extraordinary to be looking and feeling refreshed and younger at the age of 63. Very recently and for the first time ever, I tried “the perfect peel” due to concerns around pigmentation. I could see a noticeable improvement with this and the results are instantaneous. Visiting Dr K’s Clinic for the first time was a big step and a great decision! The clinic is in a private quiet location, which is easy to access, in between Chester and Wrexham.

I would recommend Dr K to anybody who is thinking about visiting. My experience was fantastic. Dr K asked me to explain my main areas of concern, and then gave a detailed explanation of various treatment options, explaining how each treatment works and which she would recommend as the most suitable for me personally. I travel quite a distance to see her because I feel confident knowing I’m safe with her expertise as a Dr. I also trust her judgement as I know she will ensure the results are natural.

I met with Dr K as I wanted a freshen up and I have a small puffy bag under 1 eye I wanted addressed. From 1st meeting Dr K listened to all of my concerns, took notes, photos and scanned my under eye area. This puffiness turns out to be due to previous botox/filler not being properly placed and had travelled and settled under my eye causing the issue. Dr K worked with me to put together a full plan on how we can achieve my desired results. My results so far have been the best I've ever had and we aren't finished yet. I'm so pleased I got in touch as Dr K takes the time to really work with you and is very knowledgeable and professional and just a lovely lady in general. I'm looking forward to our end result. I am in my 60's and was starting to feel unhappy with the ageing process - lines, wrinkles and a dull complexion. I wanted expert advice by a medically qualified person of what skin treatments are available to give me a natural fresh look.
I had done a lot of research before eventually finding Dr. K who has hospital experience in Dermatology. Due to a medical condition that I have , I was very cautious as I was concerned that botox , fillers or peels might cause me to have a severe allergic reaction and I needed to find someone who had an understanding of this.
I arranged a consultation and completed the online medical questionnaire .Upon arrival at the clinic, Dr.K was very warm and welcoming and we talked at length about my condition , which Maeve was very knowledgeable about. Maeve asked lots of questions and voiced her concerns about having certain treatments and advised that she would like more time to research my condition .We discussed my skin care routine and the products that I use and Maeve explained the benefits of using prescribed medical skin care products. I am so pleased that I purchased the skin care products as I have seen a massive improvement in my skin , which looks a lot brighter and tighter.
I had a follow up appointment a few weeks later and Maeve asked if she could contact my Hospital consultant to ask for his advice and I was shown a copy of the letter that she had drafted , which I happily agreed to. Maeve was confident that botox and peel would be suitable for me and I had skin patch tests for both. Maeve rang me 48 hours after the tests to check that all was good . The following week I returned to the clinic to have botox which I am extremely happy with and the results are very natural looking .
Dr K is a true professional , she prioritised my safety first and I am so happy to have found her .
