I made an appointment with Dr Charlson to review a mole on my back that I was concerned about. He was able to schedule me for an appointment that same day - to be honest, I felt like he went out of his way to see me quicker as he knew I was anxious, which was really kind of him.

He reviewed the mole and gave me some feedback / reassurance. Ultimately not much further he could do as I’d already been referred to an NHS biopsy through my GP, but he gave me some peace of mind in the meantime, and his time and expertise were really appreciated nonetheless, since he gave a lot more advice and information than my GP had.

I called up Paul to run through what the procedure of removing a lump on my eye would be, once I mentioned I was worried about a needle he completely turned & refused to let me book an appointment stating I "wasn't worth his time". This is not the service or aggressive attutide you want from someone working in this industry it is completely unprofessional. Customers need to be filled with confidence when enquiring for such a service and you have done the complete opposite.

Dr Charlson is super professional yet has the ability to put you at ease with his chit-chatty conversation which I find really nice in a clinical setting. I have had Botox a few times now and I would not trust anyone else with my face. Amazing results. Will be booking back in soon!
