Being on the first time visited to Dr Slush. Good customer service I really appreciate. Normally every slush affect my chest but on the first time I didn't face that problem. I bought different flavours for my kids I tried from all is fantastic brilliant. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to the admin!

Brilliant newsagents with excellent customer services and that's just the main bit of the shop but my favourite part is the slush machines with all sorts of flavours from pink bubblegum to grape theres so many flavours to choose from and also as a customer with disabilities the gentleman who runs it is very understanding that im slow at doing stuff n always willing to help me

Wouldnt even give this company a one star. Even a minus is too good for them

Ordered a slush machine for my shop
Salesman send me message to pay £500 deposit and £96 monthly standing order
I paid £500 deposit since then they not contacted me about my order or delivery status
trying to contact them from last week they’re not picking my call or replying on messages

The worst company I have ever had to deal with.
I have send them numerous messages to cancel my order and refund my money but I had no reply

Normally not a fan of slushes but got convinced to try theirs out and this was something different. Best tasting flavour without that cheep taste you get from other brands, would defo pay more for these. 👍🏽
