We have been to Duachy Apartments twice now, September 2022 & August 2023. We enjoyed it so much we returned. The apartment was clean & comfortable like home from home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view overlooking Loch Linnhe was beautiful especially at sundown. Andrew & Nicola are wonderful hosts living on site & there if you need anything. The walk to the town & to the harbour is a short distance & we recommend a boat trip on Loch Linnhe if sea legs allow. Overall we highly recommend staying here, Rowley & Sue Fletcher

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need, beautifully clean,a really comfortable bed and pillows.|The view is wonderful across the loch.|Fort william centre is only a short distance about a 10 minute walk away, lunch in the Old deli is really good. |Andrew and Nicola are really helpful and are on hand if you need anything. |It is so peaceful at the apartment, we would recommend Duachy Apartments to any couple wanting to go to Fort William. |Definitely 10/10

Amazing apartment with fantastic views . Friendly and very helpfull hosts too made this a perfect trip for exploring the glorious Highlands. |The location is within easy walking distance of the town centre which has plenty great places to eat and enjoy a night out after sightseeing

Great quiet location and well equipped apartment. Only a short walk to town and has a lovely view across the Loch. The owners are close by and useful answering my questions. The place is warm especially for your feet being underfloor heating. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, wonderful view from the terrace, very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. The large porch/boot room was so useful. We also enjoyed use of the pool with the spa membership. We would definitely stay again.

Just come home from a fabulous week staying in the Birch Apartment. The apartment was immaculate, it had all home comforts you could think of more. Spectacular views and lovely terrace and the bed was extremely comfortable. The wine and goodies on arrival was a lovely touch. Having use of the leisure facilities of a nearby hotel was extremely welcoming after a long day’s hike and a lovely extra. The hosts were lovely and gave us lots of recommendations of lovely places to eat. All of which were great! The apartment is in a great location for exploring stunning locations in and around Scotland and also very close to all the local amenities of Fort William. All in all we had a fabulous week at The Duachy, no complaints at all. It is definitely a luxury apartment and very good value for money. Would highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

Wonderful host family! We had an enjoyable 1 week stay at Birch apartment. The beautiful mountain & loch view had accompanied us many outdoor meals in the picnic area under the sun. We even got a free ride to the train station when we left.

Set in the quiet roads just off and above the town centre (10 minute walk and you're in the heart of Fort Williams). Superb views from the expansive balcony terrace. A quiet location at all times of the day. ||||A great base from which to explore the surrounding Scottish countryside.||||Andrew and Nicola are wonderful hosts. Everything you'd expect from the wonderful people of Scotland, warm and very welcoming. Always on hand with advise on where to go and what to see. ||||The property itself is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need to make it feel like home, for however long you choose to stay.||||I have no hesitation in recommending them and their property and will definitely be returning again.
