Our experience with Duck & Strawberry (D&S) for the catering services on our wedding day at Ash Barton was 10/10! We went with D&S because their menus are exceptional and different from the others that we have seen. We wanted to offer our guests a variety of high quality food so we opted for D&S's surf and turf as the main.

All our guests were raving about the canapé, midnight snacks and of course, the wedding breakfast - all greatly presented and truly delicious! The attached photos do not do its justice if I'm honest.

Duck and Strawberry catered the whole day of our wedding – canapés, the wedding breakfast and the evening food. From the initial consultation to the final presentation, every aspect of their service was top-notch.
Leanne was fantastic at keeping in contact throughout the build-up, with prompt responses and helping us with decisions and questions.
On the day the food was absolutely delicious and fantastically presented – we had so many wonderful comments from our guests about how good the food was. They also catered brilliantly for guests with specific dietary requirements. The staff were all lovely, and Mike, Leanne and the team really went above and beyond in ensuring that our vision for the day was delivered.

Checked out Duck and Strawberry's (formerly M Welsh) instagram after seeing them as one of Huntsham Courts recommended caterers.
Me and my partner wanted a caterer that could cater for the whole of our wedding day, including canapés, our wedding breakfast and evening food. Most importantly a caterer that would provide food that guests would remember, and we certainly made no mistakes choosing Duck and Strawberry.

Leanne was excellent at keeping in touch and answering any and all questions promptly, and gave excellent advice and tips to help ensure our wedding breakfast was perfect.
We chose to have Kir Royale as our reception drink and the Duck and Strawberry team were more than happy to make these up for us and our guests, this is just one example of how the team are willing to go above and beyond to personalise an already special day.

Our tasting session was great, it was really helpful to see how their food is presented/served, and it was good to meet Leanne, Mike and the team. The food there was excellent, the pork belly canapés stole the show for us.
We were completely reassured that we had made the right decision on booking Duck and Strawberry.

Their food options are extensive but not overwhelming and I only wish we could have tried more of their food!
Lots of our guests on the day and since have told us how much they enjoyed the food and we couldn't agree more! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
The beef was exceptionally tender, and the Trio of desserts were incredible!

We cannot thank Duck and Strawberry enough for helping us make our wedding day as glorious as it was, and we highly recommend them as a caterer for any event!

Leanne, Mike and the team were truly exceptional in providing a first class service at our wedding. Trying to organise our wedding from Australia was not an easy task, however with very effective communication from Leanne, it made the whole process very stress free. They took the time out during the festive holidays to meet us and talk through very thoroughly the runnings of the day, and for that I am extremely grateful. The quality of the food Mike and the team created was fantastic and so beautifully presented. The canapes were delicious (The pork belly bites were INCREDIBLE.....even now we still rave about these!) and the three course meal exceeded all expectations, which were already high after the many recommendations we received. We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and quantity of the food. The evening food of pasties also went down an absolute treat! Their menu options are extensive meaning there is something to suit everyone, and one of the hardest decisions was choosing because everything sounded so good. The team were also involved in the runnings of the day such as providing drinks to guests, changing the layout of the room around and cutting the cake into more bite size pieces which was a huge help! From start to finish our experience with Leanne, Mike and the team was impeccable and I can not speak highly enough of this company. If you are considering booking M Welsh Catering for your event/wedding, do no think twice, book them immediately!! Thank you again for helping create our perfect wedding day.

What can we say! Inch perfect! Duck and Strawberry catered for our wedding back in June and the food was fantastic. The team were very friendly and extremely efficient. We have had compliment after compliment around the food and we are so pleased we picked this team! Mike and Leanne were helpful throughout and during the day they worked with us and our timings.
