Vincent, the concierge, was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm not a fan of separate taps but the history of the hotel more than made up for it. Our room was big and well appointed. The bed comfy. It was a nice walk to all the main Bath attractions, excellent restaurants and loads of shopping. We would definitely stay again!

Dukes Bath had a really lovely feel to it. An old Georgian building with so much character. The room was probably one of the biggest and best I have stayed in. It was very quiet (apart from hearing the floorboards in room above at certain times but that's what you get with an old building!) The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And I couldn't fault the breakfast. Overall a fantastic stay! Thank you!

We arrived at the hotel to a fabulous reception. Vince was manning the desk, he checked us in quickly and efficiently. He was really helpful and friendly. Helping us with the location of a restaurant we had booked. ||The hotel could do with a little spruce up and it was very hot but we managed to turn our radiator off in the room. ||The breakfast next morning was excellent. The food was all cooked fresh to order and did not disappoint (we booked breakfast on the recommendation of Vince). The staff were very busy so service was a little slow but this did not bother us as we were enjoying taking our time. ||A good stay but for me the breakfast and Vince made it.

Dukes Bath was a perfect base for our stay in Bath. The hotel itself was beautiful, a Georgian building on a historic street. The breakfast was delicious, everything made to order. The location was perfect - a nice easy walk into the city centre. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose Dukes Bath again on our next trip to Bath!

We loved every minute spent in this charming hotel set in a quiet Georgian street in few minutes walk from the main attractions of Bath. For us it wasn't only a comfortable accommodation but also an interesting cultural experience. The beautiful historical building, authentic layout, period like furniture, tasteful matching decor create enhanced with all modern facilities create a feeling of traveling to the past centuries. Our superior king room looked out to the street, was very airy, spacious and warm. We have everything one can expect in a 5*star hotel including fluffy bathrobes and Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent: quality and well presented. The staff was professional and very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon.

Outstanding hotel in a great location in Bath. Very cosy and the staff are fantastic. Jenny made us feel very welcome. Lovely furnishings and very clean. Great breakfast also. Only issue was our bed was obviously very old and quite uncomfortable- needed replacing. Other than that- could not fault it.

We loved our stay at the Dukes. The location was convenient as we had a car (we could park it at the Bird which is in two minute walking distance). It's in a close walking distance from the center of bath but yet in a quiet part of Bath. Our room was spacious with a great view over the hills of the city.

The staff was all great, but we want to mention the receptionist that checked us in specifically. Unfortunately we didn't catch his name but he was amazing. We did almost everything he suggested to us and we were happy with all of it. He was super helpful and also just a fun guy to have a chat with
