Excellent ensuite room with perfectly adequate facilities and a comfortable bed. The host was warm, welcoming and helpful. The property is also well situated, being only a short bus ride from the town center. Couldn't have asked for better value for money.

We only stayed for one night, but it was so lovely! The location is easy to walk into central Perth, and yet there is parking (which is rare). We stayed in the oversized king room and it was cosy and super quiet, so we had an excellent sleep. The porridge pots in the room suited us just fine for a light breakfast to get our day started, and our host was friendly and helpful.

Paul is a really nice host, gave us the best recommendation for the town and also in general for our trip. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. We would prefer to stay there next time for sure.

I couldn't speak more highly of this guesthouse. I arrived quite late, but the owner stayed up to let me in. Very nice guy.

The room was really cozy. It was warm, the bed was comfortable. I had a really good sleep. There was an ensuite bathroom as well which was very well maintained. Shower pressure was great. Tea, coffee and a kettle were provided in the price of the room. There are cooking facilities in the dining room on the ground floor so you can save a bit of money not having to eat out all the time, should you so choose.

The accomodations itself was very reasonably priced, especially as I only booked a few days in advance. Due to the time of year I went, I can't guarantee the same over the summer as it's a mere 20 minute walk from the town centre where you can get the bus or train if you were looking to explore outside of Perth, though there is plenty to see in the town itself.

Overall, I can't find any fault with this place and would highly recommend for anybody looking accomodations in the area

A nice, well presented guest house. Room was comfortable and our welcome from the host was very friendly (along with some really useful tips about the local area). Nothing to criticise - would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a night with my friend and her son. On arrival, Paul took the time to show us the facilities around our rooms and explain about local eateries and discounts offered. Both our rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. You can regulate the room heating and I loved how cosy my room and the bed were. There is some parking out front and Paul even came out late evening to help us fit our cars in. Paul was friendly, helpful and informative. Top class service! I would definitely stay here again if in Perth and I highly recommend Dunallan GH (I recommend booking direct with the owner).

We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice and cozy and the location is just outside the centre but still at a walking distance from many restaurants and shops.
Also, Paul was super kind and helpful!

We stayed at this lovely property years ago and chose it again as we were going to be in the area. The property has since changed hands but it is still an awesome spot. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful in many ways. The room was quiet, comfortable and exactly as we could have imagined or wanted. The food was delicious and filling. A gem indeed!
