Our group booked this for a birthday surprise, we had a VIP room to ourselves. The staff were excellent and very efficient at our welcome. I had 2 treatments with a girl called Laura, who was excellent and made me feel so relaxed. Afternoon tea in the cafe was fabulous, the staff there could not have been more helpful. We had left decorations and they were all set up for our tea. I have never been for a spa or treatments before and I was extremely well impressed. We as a group have decided to book again as we all thoroughly enjoyed our day. Thank you all for making us so welcome.

Had a lovely experience at Dunamoy today for a girly day out. I enjoyed an extremely relaxing full body massage while my friend chose the Elemis facial. We also had full use of the spa, including a lovely outdoor hot tub with a beautiful view of the countryside. The staff in the spa were very welcoming and delivered our treatments to an excellent standard!
We finished off our experience in the Jamison tea rooms and had the most lovely afternoon tea selection. The treats were so delicious and the staff were so very welcoming and friendly, thank you for your hospitality.
We will most certainly be back again soon, perhaps for an overnight stay next time to add to our experience! Thank you πŸ’œ

I had the pleasure to visit the spa and enjoy a facial. The use of the spa was included in the facial which was nice surprise. I was the only one there so it was just pure bliss. Definitely I enjoyed the treat and will be coming back. All the staff were very friendly. The place was clean and super warm and cosy, even on a stormy day the outside hottub was roasting.

Went the other day with my daughter, sadly the pool heating and pool area heating was broken , which we were informed of this on arrival, but we were not offered a change of dates or any form of complimentary anything. Steam room seating has pieces of the stone seats crumbling away , the changing room area never gets dusted, the hot tub outside was hot but it's tired and worn and in need of a bit of TLC. The massage part was good but with all the other negatives it made it a very costly one and an experience I will not be returning for or recommending. I did not raise any issues while there as I couldn't be bothered with listening to excuses as all previous comments should be obvious to the management. Probably be ok once it gets an overhaul, until then avoid this place.

I came here whilst on a trip to visit a friend and we had a wonderful day relaxing! Even on a very misty day the countryside setting is wonderful, and my massage and facial were amazing - loved the option on our consultation forms to check whether you prefer to chat or be quiet during your treatment, I said I didn't mind and ended up having a lovely conversation with my massage therapist. All of the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming and I hope to return next time I'm over.

A gorgeous wee spot just outside Ballyclare!

I was in for discover dunamoy treatment and have been to the spa at least 5 times since moving to Ballyclare 8 years ago.

The staff are super friendly, attentive and skilled. I had a fab chat with the therapist. She did an amazing job of getting the knots out of my shoulders and was 100% thee best therapist I've had in all the times I've been to dunamoy.

I was quite lucky to have a large group of ladies there at the same time. As a solo spa lass it was nice to have others to talk to.

Defo give this place a go!!!

Was here today for birthday spa day having not been for a few years. Unfortunately the pool and changing rooms and relaxation areas were so cold!! The treatments in "Breathe" package were perfect, can't fault the staff there at all, but the lack of heat was such a downer so not sure I would go back. Asked for heating to be turned up in the changing rooms, but it was stuck at 18 degrees due to something wrong with heating. Bookings should have been rescheduled if that was the case. Spas are meant to be warm and welcoming. Staff are lovely though and it's great to have a Spa in Ballyclare, but it needs to up its game at the moment. Especially in competition with nearby Rabbit Spa! Outdoor area really needs the weeds treated also - attention to detail is important.
