We were very happy with our stay here. The hosts were very friendly and very accommodating. Especially for my dietary restriction: gluten-free and dairy-free.

Playing golf with 5 friends we booked this B&B and were over the moon with it very friendly lady owner great rooms brilliant breakfast and the homemade shortbread is to die for right in the heart of Leven close to all amenities plenty of pubs close for a wee refreshment 👍👍

I love this B&B. Julie and her husband are the most welcoming hosts and I just love coming here for work, I get such a good sleep at night and having stayed in two different rooms over the last two weeks, I can say that both rooms were so comfortable. Everything was just perfect. Both rooms were en-suite , although I wouldn’t mind using the room which has the bathroom across the hallway either, as I stayed in that room before and it was just as comfortable. The hosts are so kind, so helpful, there is even home made short bread in the room which I take with me when I visit, because it keeps me going at work! Such a kind gesture! |Breakfast is very tasty and I should also mention that as well as the hosts, the two cats are absolutely adorable! 🙂 |What a lovely and very special place. Thank you so much.

My family and I stayed here in 3 rooms on weekend of 12/10/24 as attending wedding in Leven. Fabulous place , can't fault it, hosts very friendly and accommodating. Two beautiful cats too.Rooms very comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Tea, coffee home made shortbread and all toiletries in bathrooms. |The breakfast was enormous and very good.|Great value for money.

Where do I start, have stayed on several occasions and it's a real treat. Julie with the help of husband Richard are so friendly and welcoming and go up and beyond with everything they do. Any requests were fulfilled and more. To a wine glass with an iceberg ice cube lol to cooking our mums tea in their oven as mum didn't want to eat out one evening. The breakfast experience is outstanding and the best I've ever had. The room was warm and cozy with an excellent mattress and bedding. Thank you so much and I'll be back soon xx

Friendly host. Old fashioned guest house with clean room and bathroom. I had a comfortable nights sleep. Fantastic cooked breakfast. Very peaceful and easy to find and very well located for trains and bus services. Town centre is a 5 minute walk. Will come back.

Fantastic place to stay. Rooms spotless, spacious and comfortable. The shower fantastic and water warm straight away. The welcome from Julia the host is brilliant m I'd highly recommend her home made marmalade. Very reasonable price as well.

As a regular traveller in the UK and abroad, this is by far the best B&B we have stayed in.|My wife and I stay here regularly to visit family and always receive a warm friendly welcome.|Reasonably priced with lovely rooms, hearty fresh cooked breakfast, within a great location for shops, restaurants and the railway station.
