I ordered a novelty cake for my son’s birthday party recently. It was excellent and so well made. I had sent a picture of what I wanted and the team at Dunn’s made a similar cake which was not only great looking but delicious!

I order my daughter a cake from Dunn's Bakery every year, and they never disappoint. Each cake is beautifully crafted and delicious, making her special day even more memorable. My favourite so far has been the Barbie-themed cake — it was stunning and tasted amazing. The attention to detail and quality of their cakes always impresses me. I ordered a football emblem cake last week for my partners birthday that was delivered on time on the Friday. The guy who delivered was very nice. The cake looked beautiful and was absolutely delicious. The pricing is so decent, it was better than a lot of other options I found online and the quality of the cake was excellent. I ordered the small size and it was still a big cake that has served at least 10 people and we still have half the cake left!!

Dunn's Bakery is a reliable spot for a quick bite or fresh loaf of bread when you're in the neighborhood. While they might not be the most extraordinary bakery in town, they consistently deliver decent quality. We've never had a bad experience, so they're always a safe bet for a satisfying treat.

I love Dunn’s food! It’s amazing. I have been coming here ever since I moved to the area almost two years ago but I still find the bakery extremely overwhelming when it’s busy. It’s not managed well and the ticketed system doesn’t help much either. Today, our number wasn’t called and someone who came after us was served first. This has been an ongoing issue for two months now and nothing has been implemented to resolve the ticketing problem. I will always support Dunn’s but I hope they fix their ticketing system/customer service as soon as possible!

A small yet wonderful bakery in the heart of North London. Handmade, quality products, with quick, friendly service with a smile, and of great value, especially considering the location!

Been here a few times now and am still in shock of the amazing quality you get for such a good price. I recently purchased 3 items and a drink, for just over £6, other bakeries that may cost me £10+!

The service system is efficient and smart, where you pickup a ticket as you enter, and you go to the counter when they call your number, where you then place your order.

I've tried a number of products, such as sausage roll, bread pudding and gingerbread, and they are all super tasty!

If looking for a good bakery, this is definitely the one to go to!

I wish this was better than it is, given its tremendous legacy and lovely shop.

But having been many times now, I find it very inconsistent. I hate to say, more often than not, the stuff is simply stale. They definitely have some fresh, daily bakes which are great, but a lot of it tastes hours or days old, despite looking fantastic.

A couple times I’ve popped in for a simple bacon roll and am so disappointed at how dry and stale it is. I got an apple fritter donut recently — it looked amazing on the counter — but like a lot of their stuff, once I was handed it, I could feel straight away it was hard. On eating it, it was indeed hard, stale and oily.

I’ve given it so many chances because it all looks so good and I want to shop independently, but it so rarely lives up to the hype.

I will say their Eccles cakes are routinely good!

We love Dunns and go there at least once a week. The donuts are so good, and the bread and pastries are very fresh. when out and about I love to grab one of the sandwiches for lunch. would definitely recommend. (Good bagels too)
