We have just returned from a 3 night stay for our friends party. The accommodation was perfect for what we required.
Dining room plenty big enough for large parties. We were 17 and could have comfortably fitted more.
Small bar with a pool table, which we took full advantage of. Beer purchased separately.
I personally slept in the Hay loft, which was spot on, and the bed was super comfy.
We had purchased some cleaning bits but found that some had been provided, which was a bonus.
The only things I will say might be an issue for some, were that there's a room or two that lead off from other bedrooms. This wasn't an issue for any of our party though.
If you are like me a little larger, then the shower cubicle was a little snug.
Once again, thank you for letting M. Burns book for Callums party, it really was spot on for our needs and would recommend highly.

We booked Durham House for family and friends to stay for our wedding weekend. Absolutely perfect, loads of space inside and out, plenty of seating and a pool table to boot. Perfect location for the local shops and eateries. Would highly recommend and we will not hesitate to rebook for future family get togethers.

Stayed here with family and friends for my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. Great place. Lovely and clean. Very spacious. Everything we needed. Great to have the bar. Hope to return again one day.

We have stayed at Durham House for my sisters 50th birthday with our family and we couldn’t have picked a better location or cottage. Beautiful accommodation and exceptional help when needed from the owners who are super friendly as well. Will definitely be coming back to make more memories with our family x

A good venue for a large group to use as a base. Dining room is excellent, the garden clean, tidy and has good furniture. The bar has a large TV that has unfortunately been damaged by a previous user.

Wouldnt stay again. Signs are aggressive not very welcoming. Water didnt work properly which we had issues the whole stay. You are sent a text at midnight ensuring you are out by 10 as they continuously remind you they are on a right turnaround, dont own a rental holiday home if you cant provide a excellent service.Best thing was the beds as they were really comfortable.
