Great customer service. I’ve stayed here a few times and I’ve been really impressed when I’ve had queries, Jeff has been brilliant at sorting these out.

In terms of the place it’s ideal if wanting to cook your own food with a small hob and fridge. Beds are great and all round a nice place to stay. Price reasonable too I’d say

Only downside I’d say is the road noise if you are staying at the front of the property it can be quite loud.

It's OK, I would stay again depending on pricing. Mismatched glassware etc Dust as per usual. 3rd guest sofa bed not set up had to do this ourselves and the duvet was stuffed in the wardrobe not fresh or folded so didn't want to use it. Bathroom clean but nothing supplied to place toothbrushes. Bed was comfy hence 4 stars but sofa bed is basic and when open you can no longer open the fridge so a bit of a faff. No reception all done online so not recommended for older/non techy folk. Location was convenient for what we needed: Nearby 24 HR shop and plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Fyi need to park in an NCP and walk there, no lift to rooms for guests so request low floor in advance if needed.

This is a bit of a game of two halves. On one hand, the room was small, but had most things you would need. We appreciated the kettle and the ability to make a cuppa, but there was only enough milk for one cup each, so bring your own. Comfy bed - not always a given, so much appreciated.||On the other hand, there are quite a few things that could be easily fixed and that would make this place superb. It's so handy for our Uni daughter's flat that we'd like to be able to come back again.||We managed to access the building but not the room, though this was quickly fixed with a phone call to the very helpful Jeff.||There was no note with the WIFI code and I had to ask Jeff - who provided it fairly instantly. Why is it not obviously displayed in the room? There were no instructions with the aircon and we could not adjust the temperature despite trying very hard to work the controller. The cleanliness was variable - orange mould on the bottom of the shower and hairs on the mattress (was trying to find a brand on the mattress as it was comfy but found many hairs on it which was not nice). Otherwise the room was very clean.||Bathroom so small you couldn't sit on the loo unless with your legs at an angle. But the worst thing was the interrupted sleep - at around 1.30 we were woken up with piercingly loud music - sounded like it came from inside the building. The curtain across the window didn't really keep any light out and so we hardly slept. Bring your eye mask! Our room directly overlooked the major junction so don't ask for room 19! At the rear of the building the room overlooked a lovely field, which would have been much more peaceful.||No terrestrial channels available on the TV - just a raft of very odd programmes. I was unable to cast our iPad to the TV, but I suppose we could have signed in to iPlayer, Netflix etc if we could have been bothered!||Come prepared with earplugs, an eye mask, tea bags and milk, and request a room at the rear of the building. Also note that on some booking websites, parking is said to be available, but it isn't. Parking is not included.

The room was bright and clean and a decent size. The cooking area was fine although there aren't that many cooking utensils etc. The desk in my room was the same surface as the kitchen work-surface, which is not the most comfortable if you're trying to work. It's not in the nicest area of Nottingham but it's an easy walk to the city centre and the arboretum park. The access code works well, although note that there isn't a reception on-site so if your access code doesn't arrive (mine didn't - I booked through work and didn't know that I'd need one) you'll need to chase it up beforehand or you'll be on the phone outside the building waiting for an access code. It's fine for a short break but the internet is painfully slow (5mpbs at best in my experience) so it probably isn't ideal for a longer-term work trip.

We stayed here for two nights. The entire process is automated. You check in beforehand and you walk right into your room. It was really clean and tidy.

The location is great, walking distance to the city center. Lots of bus stops reachable in 1-2 minutes. It was quite during the night.

Can't really complain for the price.

Be careful and read the fine print when you book a room here. The required deposit might catch you off guard.

The hotel and the location was perfect, as soon as you walked in the felt like luxury, the only main issue I faced was the deposit of £150 because this was a hidden fee and please if you book this hotel online just remember they won’t give you your code until the deposit it done. After two days of checkout they took another £150 which was £300 in total which did make me fume but after one day I got back my money. For future reference this hotel is perfect every shape and form, but just the deposit makes it a buzz kill

I stayed weekly at Dewll for about 2 years. Jeff is very nice and always did his best to accommodate my needs. The location is great, near the centre but far from the noisy areas. Ideal for a restful night. There is room for improvement in the cleaning service.
Thank you Jeff

I only have praise of my recent stay at Dwell City Living, it was amazing.|The apartment was warm, clean and very comfortable. And to have the kitchenette, was an added bonus for my 3 day stay.|The prices, location and comfort was better than my expection's ... and my room was just perfect, and as pictured.
