I had several IPL hair removal treatments and was clearly informed by the owner that sticking to the correct intervals between sessions was crucial to achieving the desired results. However, after a few sessions, the owner cancelled one of my appointments and rescheduled it for a time outside the recommended window for effective results. Despite multiple discussions, we couldn’t reach a resolution, and she refused to refund me. In the end, I was left without any noticeable results and out of pocket for treatments that didn’t work.

Thank you for your response. However, I sent an email three days ago and still haven’t received either a refund of my deposit or a reply to my email.

Giving one as I can not give zero. I had 2 sessions of Microneedling facial with medical grade peel with Shrina and was left with 2 burnt/hyperpigmentation marks on both sides of my face. I emailed about this and never got a reply back. I thought as a fellow south Asian she understood how to treat my skin type but I have dark patches on both side. I thought they would disappear after some time but I had my last session in September and still they remain.

Fantastic clinic! Am having laser and microneedling treatments to help with rosacea, Shrina has been brilliant every step of the way, always provides great advice and make me feel comfortable during treatments. Highly recommended to anyone!
