Eagle House is now our spare bedroom! I live locally and as space is tight at home, our family/visitors stay here. The communication I have with the owners to arrange the stays is always prompt and friendly. ||The house is tastefully decorated and has everything guests would need. I'm told the breakfasts are wonderful. Everywhere was spotless and my family was given a warm welcome and an invitation got try the freshly made flapjacks. ||Thank you Helen and Andy.

Easily the best B&B I have stayed at for quite some time. Parking was easy, the welcome by Helen and Andy was delightfully warm and friendly and the house was stunning with a very dry pretty enclosed garden and a gorgeous entrance hall with stunning staircase. My room had every amenity you could possibly ask for including plenty of reading material, biscuits, tea/coffee and shower gels etc. The room itself with double aspect windows was light, nicely designed and with fab views across the distant landscape. The bed was very comfortable and all was quiet for a very peaceful night’s sleep. Breakfast was cooked by Andy and was delicious. All in all, a great success and I would definitely stay again. I’ve already recommended it to friends to break their journey of travelling on the M40 or M6. Don’t miss it

Comfortable and just like home. Close walk to village and food. Breakfast was fantastic. Andy and Helen were amazing hosts! Room was clean and quiet. Great nights sleep. Charming garden area.

Excellent all round. loved all the historic touches and were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was top notch and everything is of a very high standard. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return. Wish we could have stayed longer! The village is lovely too.

This is by far the best B&B I have ever visited. Loved every minute there. The attention to detail by Helen and Andy is so great. The room was great, the food was great and the friendly and welcoming hosts are just lovely.|Had a problem with a taxi, and sure enough Helen came to the rescue. So, you can safely stay here.

We had such a lovely and memorable stay for two nights at Eagle House. We booked it to attend a family funeral, and the warm welcome we received from Andy and Helen, together with their beautiful and interesting house to relax in, turned a sad visit to this area into a most enjoyable one. |We found the whole experience charming. The house is really lovely, approached through a large tranquil garden. We were warmly welcomed at the door and there were home made teatime treats waiting for us in the large hall. The house is large and gracious with interesting and eclectic furnishings and decor. The 3 rooms we took were all lovely; spacious and individually furnished and all very comfortable, and we all slept very well. The bathrooms are all luxurious and generous, in keeping with the atmosphere throughout. Everywhere is beautifully kept and extremely clean with so many little extra touches to make this a delightful place to stay. |Andy is the chef and he makes the best breakfast we've had in a very long time! The options were all enticing and my Eggs Benedict were superb. |Guests also have the use of a lovely and comfortable sitting room, well furnished in a charming and traditional way with plenty of books and interesting things to look at. |Andy and Helen are very caring and friendly hosts, who we enjoyed talking to. They live in a separate wing so that you very much have the main house to yourselves, although they are at hand should you need them. They have gone the extra miles to make their house into a really warm and welcoming place for their guests to stay and we are looking forward to going back soon hopefully. Many thanks to Andy and Helen for their wonderful hospitality.

Eccleshall is a beautiful setting too with a very pretty High Street and plentiful choice of eateries, shops and cafes. All this a 10 minute drive from the M6
