Cannot praise Lynsey enough, a phone call in the morning and an appointment that day. She talked my husband through the whole procedure, explaining what was happening with photos, and by the end of the appointment the problem was solved, he could hear again, absolutely delighted with the service and the results! A very thorough explanation and an excellent job done in removing ear wax. Before the procedure was carried out an examination of both ears including photographs of them. The process of removing the wax was done with care and consideration and performed at your home.
I would certainly recommend Ear to Hear. A truly professional at her employment.

Excellent care. Professional manner and really advising.. For my child it was also a pleasant experience for him as he doesn’t usually like his ears been seen to after suffering ear infections throughout his time. linsey made this a really enjoyable experience and got us the right help needed after her examination.
