Liz helped with my trapped nerve on my neck. It was great to be able to get an appointment so soon, but also felt confident I was in good hands, and now I am finally able to relax more after having the treatment. I feel like it will recover more quickly now, wished I had not struggled through the last week and sought help from Earlham house clinic sooner. They have a clean and comfortable space for treatment.

Rachel, was excellent very professional and give me a real good assessment of my problem.( I had seen Rachel for another problem a few years ago and that got sorted ) Rachel then work on the problem and gave some relief but this was my first visit with this problem and I’m looking forward to my next visit. I cannot praise this clinic highly enough. I was struggling with pain and tight leg muscles as a result of having flat feet. It was really out of desperation that I rang Earlham and made an appointment. I was incredibly fortunate to be assigned Rachel as my therapist. I had almost given up hope of addressing my foot problems before Rachel gave me my life back. I still have work to do. But Rachel was outstanding! To begin with she was very attentive and took a wider personal interest in me. She was extremely knowledgeable about my symptoms and began to expertly deal with them through massage manipulation of my feet, calves and quads and the use of shockwave therapy. The results were fantastic even after the first session: I could begin to walk more normally with less aches and pains than I was used to over the past five years. It was a total game changer. I had given up hope of ever tackling my flat feet problems. But through my weekly sessions and a programme of home exercises I have been experiencing noticeable improvements in my condition thanks to Rachel. I would urge anybody in need of muscular or skeletal problems of any kind to contact Earlham and make an appointment. Rachel is a highly skilled therapist with a warm, friendly and caring attitude towards patients that will totally put you at ease--and in my case set me back on the road to recovery. Today we visited Earlham House Clinic in Norwich for a consultation regarding our new born daughters tongue tie. My wife has found breastfeeding our daughter extremely painful and we had our suspicions of a tongue tie, as our son also suffered from this when new born.

When arriving we had an extremely warm welcome from Flo, who after carrying out an assessment, confirmed that our little one did indeed have a tongue tie that was restricting her full potential to breastfeed. Flo then went through the process of how the procedure was going to happen and the reasons behind it. As you can imagine, to begin with we were both feeling quite anxious about the whole thing but Flo made us feel completely at ease whilst also being very informative and professional. It is clear to see how passionate she is about what she does and the mass of experience she has gained throughout the years was so re-assuring.

The actual procedure was done in a matter of seconds and within 10 minutes of my wife breast feeding our little one, she said she could immediately feel a difference and the whole experience was more comfortable. Flo then proceeded to give my wife a couple of extra tips on how to breastfeed and correctly latch which also made a big difference. The follow up care and healing information we received was really detailed, including exercises we need to carry out at home to help the mobility of our daughters tongue and the general healing process. Flo answered all our questions and queries we had regarding follow up care and provided us with a handy leaflet to take home.

The clinic is a clean and well equipped facility and Flo made us feel so at ease and reassured throughout the whole process with her friendly and professional manor. She obviously loves what she does and we can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Flo for helping our little Theadora!
