The location, that was brilliant, we stayed here for hull fair and it was probably the closest place we could find to the fair, prices were acceptable however this is where the good news finishes.
the rooms were clean but very old and dated, we didn't see one member of staff there after we were handed the keys to the room, and each night when I went outside, the hallway smelled of weed, as you exit the building, there is what seems to be a communal room to the left, there seemed to be lots of people in there smoking weed and having fun in a hotel, this for me is unacceptable, reason being is, it was a family trip and I had my daughter there who is 8, for me this isn't a place I want her to be so for that reason I wouldn't go back to this place.

We have been going to hull fair for the last 3 years and we always look for a local place, somewhere we can visit a few times a year and I think this place has lost our business. There was no breakfast option, even though there was details of it on the door, and the booking website. And no dining room either. I think the best thing for this place is to close 👎

The room was very dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and staff seemed pleasant once they check we was booked in.
It's lost a star for the smell of smoke and weed plus the horrendous sound of people slamming doors and chatting in corridors late at night. Looks a doss house.
I don't go back, much better places with full English for same price.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The location is great as it's right near town and Princes Ave. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They we're also very helpful in regards to finding places in the area. The room was comfy and clean and provided very nice tea/coffee/biscuits. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast and there was also a good variety of other options available- cereals etc. We'll definitely be staying again!

My son and myself stayed at Earlsmere after watching our football team win at the KCOM Stadium. It is just off a main road but it was nice and quiet in a residential area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff and owners particularly helpful and friendly. Fresh milk provided on request for the tea/coffee facilities and the owner returned an article by post which we left in a room. Easy to book on their website and would definately recoomend this B & B if staying in Hull.

Four of us stayed four nights at this little guest house one double en suite, one single en suite, one single use of twin room en suite. Very clean and tidy accommodation, with very good breakfasts and choices. Welcoming and helpful couple. Fluffy towels every day. A few minutes walk to go into Princes Avenue for a range of restaurants - quite a buzzing area! A quick walk to the bus stop to get into town or about 15 minutes walk. Hull is thriving, we were very impressed with developments. Good value accommodation which we would recommend. The only downside was a sliding door into our en suite bathroom. Good location, great value, warm hosts.

Huge rooms with comfy beds. Decor is a little dated but full of character. Lovely and clean. Realy Friendly welcoming staff nothing was too much for them. and a great breakfast to boot. Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic value too.

This is a really nice Bed and Breakfast. Easy to book via email or website. Very nice and friendly owners and staff. Room was clean and very cosy, comfortable mattress (slept really well) and included water cooker to prepare tea or coffee and even a microwave and small fridge (en suite double room). Also has bus stop right at main street (1min walk) that goes directly to town and train station. Highly recommend this B&B if you stay in Hull!!

Paul & Somsong were the caretakers of the place when I visited. Having traveled from a distant land, they both welcomed us to the Hull and UK itself. Our lives as a family started off from this place and these 2 people - are like family - so welcoming and helpful beyond words
