Just had a stay at East Farm B&B. It was a bit tricky getting there as there is another B&B with the same name in Atterby. The postcode also does not take you directly to the place so you are better off giving the owners a call once you are near.The latter were very helpful and kindly gave us direction.||||The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location. We had the family room and unfortunately the toilet was separate. This was fine for us but can be inconvenient for some. We had a shower and sink in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely. The whole place had a homely feel to it. There were fireplaces around the house and the highlight was Pippa the black labrador. She's a lovely dog.||||We were welcomed in the room and offered homemade chocolate cake and tea in the sitting room. We were also offered suggestions for places for dinner which was nice.||||English breakfast the next morning was nice. The fruit salad was fresh and there was also a selection of cereal provided on the table.||||For people who are used to staying in hotels (like me), this may somehow be a bit restrictive as we felt like we had to come back at a certain time as the owner will have to wait for us to close the doors before they go bed.

A beautiful Cottage in a Gorgeous location with fantastic walks from the door for you and your Dog. .Came across some Amazing Wildlife on our early morning and evening walks. .The cottage also has a lovely enclosed Garden.... For eating out The Thatched pub in nearby Tealby was an absolute delight .

We stayed at East Farm in August 2015 to spend a few days walking in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Gill greeted us with a large pot of tea and cake, then photocopied a walk for us from her guidebook. She was very chatty, interesting to talk to, and ever helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We had the non En-Suite room and the large bathroom was right next door.We had a great experience and can highly recommend this B&B - Mike and Janine

East Farm Bed and Breakfast is situated about 2 miles along Mill Lane from the A46 at Middle Rasen .The turn off is at the red brick church. There are three such habitations: Market Rasen, Middle Rasen and West Rasen. Most of the roads we drove on in the area , are but ribbons of tarmac, and the parochial black and white sign posting does not always make sense if you are new to the area. ||||The other end of "Mill Lane" in fact becomes " Lissingly Lane" . A left turn at the end of "Lissingly Lane" takes you to the White Hart Pub, which has an association with the Bomber Command Airmen of WW2 . It is only 6 minutes drive from East Farm; very handy for an excellent evening meal. ||||The East Farm farmhouse was built in about 1750 and typically is constructed from red bricks with large square paned sash windows . The building is heritage 2 listed. The gravel drive leading in is straight and flat, and lined with trees. The property is 400 acres on level ground, being utilised for producing cash crops: notably Canola Oil . At this time of the year, the expansive fields of their yellow flowers form a magnificent backdrop from almost every aspect of the house. The garden around the house is immaculate. There was a tree in full blossom , a pond, and well manicured lawns. ||||We were warmly greeted upon knocking at the large white door, and inside we found a wholesome family home , with spacious rooms, most tastefully furnished and decorated .A lazy fire was burning slowly and dutifully in the hearth of the large kitchen. ||||The hosts were most interesting people, and staying there with them was an experience far above compare with that of any commercial accommodation service provider. ||||The solitude was refreshing, and the domestic cleanliness was to a very high standard. ||||We actually occupied the family room so had a spare single bed. The room contained a shower stall, and wash hand basin with the toilet being straight down the stairs immediately outside. The room was nicely decorated with fully fitted carpet, and a substantial wall radiator made it snug, as the climate outside was sharp. ||||The WiFi is readily available and free.

Set in the middle of nowhere this is a gem of a house. The rooms were large and ample for us all.||||We (10 of us) used all the rooms available and although it was a larger booking than they usually take nothing was to much hassle. We did however arrive late, 6.30 then left for a party at 8 and upon our return at midnight had to lock up. It was then up for breakfast and leave which in all and unfortunately didn't give us much time with our hosts. At the times we did meet them they were pleasant and welcoming although I had the sense that they are possibly a bit fed up of the whole B&B life.||||The house is beautiful and clean, the rooms are large and bathrooms/en suite were more than suitable. Breakfast was delicious. All together a lovely place but probably more suited for older guests seeking a relaxing break or discovering the area.

Stayed here for three nights and found it very comfortable and relaxing. Friendly owners, cupcake & a cup of tea on arrival was greatly appreciated after a long drive. On a working farm and well away from any trafic noise.

We had a spur of the moment stay at this farmhouse, the hosts were very friendly and the place was lovely and clean, their garden on the other hand is something else entirely.||Absolutely beautiful garden and pond area, you could have been at Chelsea flower show and not seen better, book now..

This is a working farm. The farmhouse is eighteenth century but the room with ensuite facilities if twenty first century. The breakfast was well up to standard and the hospitality friendly and welcoming, unpretentious and helpful.
