We chose this B and B for its closeness to the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, which was just 5 mins away. So glad we did, everything about it was top notch, including hosts Alison and Mark, very friendly, informative and super helpful without ever being intrusive. The delicious cream tea on arrival was a welcome surprise, and our room was very comfortable.and spacious with a wonderful bed (the best!) and luxurious en suite, all spotlessly clean. Breakfast would put most hotels to shame, honestly! The freshness, breadth of choice and quality was fantastic, so enjoyable, and,always beautifully presented. So congratulations Alison and Mark on creating a very special place to stay, we loved it. . .

Stayed with wonderful hosts Alison and Mark for 2 nights whilst on the Lancaster Taxi trip at the nearby Lincs Heritage Aviation Centre. From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome with tea, coffee and scones. Our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast choices were outstanding too, not seen better in 5* hotels. The conversion from former chapel has been imaginatively done to a high standard throughout and given the Old Chapel a real homely feel. Thank you Alison and Mark for making this such a memorable trip.

Had a lovely stay here! Room was top notch, bed very comfortable and bathroom positively luxurious. Scones, clotted cream, jam and a nice cuppa on arrival were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Attention to detail and a lovely homely feel to the whole place was wonderful. I can’t fault it and as it’s in Bomber County and I love Lancaster’s, I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at The East Kirkby Bed and Breakfast for two nights and really enjoyed our time there.||Alison greeted us with an amazing cream tea with lovely warm scones, jam and clotted cream. The breakfasts were excellent and served any time that suited our plans. Alison gave such a personal service that we have recommended to friends if they go to that area in the future.||We will definitely return!

We were looking at property in Lincolnshire and decided to stay over and found this beautiful place. The owners Alison and Mark are so friendly and welcoming , and due to then spontinatiy of our visit did not have any food for our dog with us, they very kindly gave us some.||The room is so clean and comfortable with a gorgeous shower.||But breakfast was fantastic, the buffet had everything you could wish for and more, and the cooked English kept me going all day. And we had the pleasure of meeting a lovely couple at breakfast.||We will definitely be back, it is one of the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in.||Thankyou.

What a welcome! Beautiful place to stay. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to look after us. I’ve never seen a breakfast menu like it for choice! I wish we’d been able to stay longer and explore the area more but we just had a day booked at the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre. Faultless. You won’t regret a stop here.

My wife and I recently stayed here whilst visiting the area. This B&B is a lovingly restored methodist Chapel. The work was carried out by the owners and has been finished to a high specification.
It is located in a beautiful part of east Kirkby very close to the Heritage aviation centre and museum. (Home of Just Jane) On arrival We got a warm welcome from Mark and were shown our room, then coming back downstairs to the lounge a pot of fresh tea and a warm welcome was awaiting us from Alison.
Mark and Alison have a beautiful home and I was honoured to be able to spend time there. The room in which my wife and I stayed has an ensuite toilet and bathroom with a fantastic shower, again all decorated and finished beautifully.
Breakfast was a great affair, with a freshly cooked full English plus a buffet, none of which I could fault in any way.
I understand that Alison and Mark are relatively new to the B&B business, but I think if they keep up their high standards they will be in the B&B business for many years to come.

Mark and Alison are fantastic. Lovely welcome, rooms spotless and modern. Breakfast is belly filling and more. So much on the menu and a small buffet too. After 3 stays, we're now planning this years stay overs.
