Stayed at this B&B for one night which also serves as part hostel with two rooms for b&b guests. Had a very pleasant experience. The room although small was well appointed and en-suite. Ceiling low so wouldn't suit taller people. Very comfortable bed and a quiet nights sleep was had.
Breakfast is on a serve yourself basis with tea and coffee available in the communal dining area. Property also offers off road parking.

In the area for a family crisis, our host, Andy, could not have been more accommodating, or more helpful. Lovely place, easy to find with Sat Nav, clean room & bedding, own loo & sink - access to bath & shower. Breakfast is what I would have at home, i.e. cereal & toast, fruit juice, tea / coffee. Use of cooker if needed, and saw other guests using washing facilities too. Lovely garden to sit in the sun, and some had stored cycles there too. Not a huge place, but very friendly. TOP MARKS. XXX

We managed to sleep OK, no excess noises. Room too small with no real clothes hanging facility. Converted attic space with no room to stand hardly. Misleading offer of inclusive breakfast with no information telling you only 3 types of cereals on offer with toast if you make it yourselves. Selection of fruit consisting of apple orange or banana and choice of 2 fruit juices, but no hot food although his does offer you the facility to cook your own. This breakfast offer not described anywhere on website. Will not be returning mainly because host was enebriated on welcoming us and chose to use bad language in an attempt to make me join him in drinking even after being repeatedly told I don't and can't drink due to ill health..

Room was clean and beds were VERY comfortable. Own bathroom. Pleasant welcome. Great facilities and offroad parking. Ceiling low in our room but we knew that before booking so not a problem. Will definitely return.
