Stayed for a family wedding at a nearby venue. Communication good and early check in arranged so we could get ready for the wedding. Rooms definitely dated and in need of modernisation, but bedding and towels clean. Good tv in our room and plenty of tea/coffee plus access to a shared kitchen. Bed comfortable, shower good but in a confined space. Overall cleanliness not brilliant, nasty smell when we arrived. Overall this place is fine for a single nights stay, but pricy and not good value when compared to the quality of somewhere like a Premier Inn these days.

Very disappointing. Our rooms did not look much like the pictures. To start the code to the outside doors didn’t seem to work. We took ourselves in and did manage the codes to our rooms. The carpet had stains, it was very hot but not all the windows opened. There was a ceiling fan but it wasn’t balanced so it made a noise every time it went round but it did help with the heat. The towel rail was loose, there were two cupboards one which was okay and one which was locked and had holes in. The shower had a curtain which didn’t stop the water flooding the floor when we used the shower.
My son also had an apartment but the oven dials didn’t work properly and we struggled to turn off the light. The crockery in our bedroom and the apartment were not properly clean so we had to wash it before we could use it. It was supposed to be a special night out for our family as they hadn’t been away for 2 years and I was so disappointed. Other rooms might be better.

My wife, my 2 Goddaughters stayed at Easton Guest House in Easton, Norwich from 23-25th August 2021. We had Apartment 6, initially, we loved the size of the rooms, it was spacious and layout of the apartment. However, upon closer inspection, one of the dining chairs, the spinal was broken, the stool in the kitchen area was very wobbly, and the toaster only toast the bread on one side. The shower is very powerful which is good but the shower holder was loose so hard to have a shower without holding the shower head. No locks on the toilet door. The floors throughout is very creaky. The beds were comfortable but the mattresses are hard but we liked it but not for everyone. The building used be a restaurant which still comes up on Google search. The positive are It is all self-catering, there is parking space for you, tea, milk, towels, bedding, dining area, breakfast area, kitchen  bin bags, washing up stuff are all supplied. You need to buy fresh milk, food for cooking especially for breakfast, pans, and kitchen utensils are supplied though.|Overall, despite some negative, it was good place to stay and would recommend if your a parent/single parents with 2 kids.  |

This was an interesting stay, I thought for a minute I was staying in Japan, experiencing the Shoji room dividers and ceiling. The kettle hadn't been emptied. But the shower was lovely and hot and there is good on site parking for approx. ten cars. Reasonable cost, room size was OK and tv screen size good.

Strange set up. No reception, you are given an access code for the room. Room OK, we were out most of the time so only used it mainly for sleeping at night. Sheets and towels were not changed for the 2nd day, not was there any more tea/coffee left in room. Noisy, with doors banging and loud guests. Ample parking. It is OK for 1 or 2 nights, but I would not stay there longer.

We had booked one room for one night - good job -This was not a cheap place to stay. The carpet hadn't been hoovered at all - covered in hair and grit but the bedding and towels were clean. The room was small and the shower/washroom tiny and very worn. The floor above had very noisy floor boards and the walls were paper thin - you could hear everything!! The main entrance door was difficult to shut and lock. We would not recommend this place unless you were a very deep sleeper and didn't mind the dirt.

Thee overall feeling you get from staying at Easton guest house is that you have been conned! No where on there site does it mention the accommodation is unmanned and they must have a few room they show photo's of as had i had a proper impression of our room i wouldn't have booked it.

The parking was poor, the outer security door was broken, the room was cold, until 3am when the heating came on and it was too hot. The tv remote didn't work and the tv placed somewhere when only one person could see it from the bed. There were shoddy repairs to several items and the room had no pictures or decorations of any kind.

This is by far the worst value for money accommodation i have ever stayed in, Avoid like the plague!

Mixed review, so please read. Booking was easy and good correspondence from them, with all details regarding codes to get in etc. A lovely touch was the breakfast box, but the oranges inside were very poor quality, 1 was covered in thick white mould the other was very soft and turning mouldy. The chocolate croissant in 1 box was well in date, but in the other box was 14 days past the use by date. The room on first entering looked ok but there was a very high level of dust and cobwebs, which was not at all nice, there is a ceiling fan in room which is lovely but the dust was very thick on there and 1 bulb in the light was missing. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was not a cubicle it just had a very long curtain making the floor very wet when using the shower. The walls are very thin, so was able to hear all neighbor noises, i.e people using the toilet and of course the televisions. Although convenient for what we needed the room for our trip for, we would not use this place again.
