What a fantastic find, Shannon the manager made everything so easy from booking to check-in and she even messaged me to make sure everything was ok. The room was extremely good for the price and very clean,||Could not ask for anything more|The shower was lovely and hot and the bed was very comfortable.||Location wise was fantastic right in the middle of town with everything on your doorstep and just a 5 minutes walk from the railway station.||I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will be coming up more often to see my friend now I know about this little gem.

EDS is a great place to stay in Sleaford. Our main concern was that it had to be dog friendly and many places to stay here aren’t. This also had the added advantage of free parking, right outside. The manager kept in touch by txt through our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were an ok size (similar to what you’d get in a hotel). They were also clean and functional. They didn’t do breakfast when we stayed, but this wasn’t a problem as there are plenty of places for breakfast nearby. Overall a great stay and we’d be very happy to return.

Accommodation situated in the centre of the town with free parking. Clean and we'll maintained an suite rooms with Brewing facilities and TV. Easy code access so you can arrive more or less when you want.Shannon was very nice and available by phone when required. Plenty of excellent restaraunts and cafes in short walking distance.would stay there again

The rooms are small and basic, but clean and sufficient for a fair price.

We had difficulty finding EDS Sleaford, but were guided in via phone. The car park is rather tight but we slotted straight into a space with no delays.

3 nights stay while visiting family in Sleaford. |Position for town excellent, with free parking. |Room was clean & comfortable, very cosy.|Communication with Shannon was excellent through text's.|Keypad system works well, with no keys to lose & no need to be 'Checked' out, just pull the door to & leave.|TV had Netflix account, which was a good job as the TV gadget was so worn it wasn't possible to get anything else.|

If you're attending an event in or near Sleaford and you're looking for somewhere just to get your head down, you can't do better than EDS.||||Easy, free parking right at the door, easy access via a code and a room that is spacious and surprisingly well decorated make this hotel perfect for town centre stays.||||There are no public areas, but it's not that type of hotel. The price is so competitive you really should consider staying here!
