Laurel and Alex of Eat Street catered our wedding, and to say they were a highlight is an understatement — the food was the standout element of the day. Guests are still raving about it more than a week later! They took our vision and transformed it into a vibrant Jamaican street food feast, with creativity and incredible flavour.

Just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any better, they rolled out a showstopper cheeseboard with homemade crackers and chutney - spectacular.

Laurel and Alex bring not just culinary talent, but warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Eat Street. They are, without question, the best of the best.

Laurel and Alex from Eat Street catered our wedding at East Afton on the Isle of Wight and they were absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible - all our guests kept commenting on how delicious everything was. The service was spot on with perfect timing throughout the day, and everyone loved the unique horsebox kitchen setup. Really made our special day even more memorable. Both are so easy to get on with and we can't recommend them enough for any event!

My family and I recently experienced ‘The Eat Street Table’ (TEST), to celebrate my Mum’s birthday and wow, we were not disappointed!
We have eaten with Eat Street many times over the last few years and have always enjoyed their food and service, so it made sense to us, to book TEST for a special occasion.
The menu was bespoke (and always is), which made it so unique. The dishes were delicious and I loved that we could share what we liked and were not so keen on, which was considered as the menu was written. I loved seeing and hearing about each course as it was presented, as well as the efforts to source local produce including drinks, where possible.
To be the only table there, for the entire evening, was such a wonderful experience. We didn’t feel in any way rushed, and the dishes were evenly spaced out. When you book TEST, you have it for the whole evening and I loved that.
Alex and Laurel were such wonderful hosts and are clearly not only talented but also very passionate about their work.
The drink selection was great and the music was perfect too.
All in all, we loved it. It’s original and interesting, and I’ll be sure to go back!

Laurel and Alex did a fantastic job catering for our wedding! the food was delicious and all our guests loved it! the desserts were incredible and we are so happy we still have some left over to eat at home!

They have been so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process not just with food but other wedding planning too! We would recommend Eat street to anyone!

We went with Eat street for our wedding in July after trying to find a caterer who could do an Asian-inspired menu, and honestly we could not have gone with a better caterer! Alex and Laurel were amazing and really took care to create a bespoke menu that ticked all of our boxes. Planning a wedding, especially the catering side of things is very challenging but Laurel was great at being on hand for any questions I had and really helped make the planning go as easy as it could. She also got in touch just before the wedding when the weather forecast was looking disastrous and helped come up with a contingency plan which she and Alex pulled off on the wedding day without myself or the groom having to get involved at all. Laurel also took the time on the day to make sure we were happy and well fed. And of course the food was delicious!! We got so many complements and people were keen to get seconds. 100% recommend anyone going with Eat Street for their wedding catering.

Treated myself to dinner from the Eat Street popup takeaway last night and it was one of the tastiest meals I've had in ages 🔥

The curry fried chicken was some of best fried chicken I've ever had 😚👌

And the dirty spuds (tallow roasted potatoes, Gallybagger queso, braised rib meat & crispy onions) were amazing too. Not to mention the delicious PB&J cookie sandwich for dessert.

Eat Street are such an inventive and high-quality kitchen, always excited to see what grub they'll dream up next! A credit to the Isle of Wight, the community is lucky to have such tasty treats available.

Alex and Laurel were great hosts on the Pay What You Like evening last night. They have created a great small and cosy venue to complement the lovely food Alex creates. I would definitely recommend putting your name down for their next event. Worth every penny for this unique concept!

Me and my partner had our second experience with eat streets at Boojum and Snark in Sandown for a pop up event tonight (28/10/23). After attending one last year we knew we had to return for more and once again they absolutely smashed it out the park. Truly exceptional food with an incredible range of flavours and textures. These guys know exactly what they are doing when it comes to food and service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I know we won’t be waiting another year before seeking them out for more!
