We were a family party of 17 staying over the weekend. The hotel represents good value for money considering the facilities provided: gym, jacuzzi, steam room, swimming pool and nightly entertainment. Our rooms were spotlessly clean as was the pool and changing areas even though the single rooms have yet to be refurbished. The food was OK and the breakfasts were substantial. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Julia in the bar and Daniel in the restaurant. I would stay again as it is very conveniently placed and good value although if you expect haute cuisine then you should consider going elsewhere (and pay the subsequent prices).

4th time at this hotel as very handy for visiting relatives however really disappointing this time and so will not be staying again.
Evening meal very dry and not edible, when complained that I could not eat it the waitress said "that's absolutely fine". Complained to reception that rm 1 was really cold and my parents had spent most of the time in their room with their coats on. Informed reception that rm 24 had no pressure in the shower and was told that it doesn't because of where it is in the hotel. I had paid extra for both these rooms as supposed to be superior but sadly the whole experience was anything but superior.

Booked for a reunion, lovely helpful staff, sadly no lift so in some cases the stairs were a nightmare. On the whole the party enjoyed their stay. Meals were a bit slow at times but we put that down to numbers and new staff.

Came on a National Holidays 3 day trip. Bedroom lovely; very clean, and soft furnishings look new. Nice staff, swimming pool open from 0700 hrs. Dinner was lovely - all great for the price.

I enjoyed a good stay at the Bay Eden Arms Hotel whilst taking an weeks holiday, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kim when she personally brought in a lovely new pen case for me after I bought a stylish pen as a gift for a friend back home. The ambience of the hotel was very nice, my room was very clean and tidy and extremely spacious as indeed throughout the hotel too; the only drawback I found was very little service on my mobile phone, however, I may have been the exception as my friend and most of the other guests at the hotel never seemed to have a problem with the Internet reception on their phones so it may have been my mobile provider. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone considering coming to it, as I certainly will come again next time I'm visiting the area again. 🙂

Hotel clean but needs updating ,the bath in our room was all rusty the whole bathroom needed updating, food dont get me started here not much choice and when asked for anything on menu they had ran out this was every evening. Poor management as staff kept disappering when needed serving at bar always on phone and eating. Asked for extra coffee in room at reception and felt like i was asking for gold.

Fantastic, bar staff are great. Decor could do with an update. Venue is good. Pool, spa and gymnasium are okay but could also do with an update. Clean and tidy. Food is good. Would recommend for a short stay

Nice hotel for the very reasonable price. Decent food and friendly staff. Only problem could not turn heating off in room. We cooked.they could save a lot in heating bills and could tidy up the entrance.
