Great experience here - booked the twilight package on a weekday evening.
Reception staff were very informative with the map.
Facilities are really good and comfortable.

Our treatment was an hour long and again provided by someone who was very good.
Our light meal, Inc. In the package was delicious.

We used various facilities such as sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool. It's ever so relaxing and not too busy.

Eden Hall overall as a location is very peaceful and relaxing.

Took my mum here for the day and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Had a small breakfast then went swimming and visited the various saunas. We had the lunch too which was included although it would be nice to have at least one drink included with lunch or once throughout the day, perhaps a tea or coffee at breakfast time.
At £5 each for a coffee I doubt I can change their minds to include a complimentary one ?
We were lucky as it was a really sunny warm day.

The best day! 3rd visit here and the first time since the outdoor pool has been installed. Great day, we’re a big fan of Hoarcross Hall too. Exact same standard just an excellent relaxing day with amazing food.

A fantastic spa with brilliant facilities and staff. We spent the entire day here without running out of things to do. The breakfast is well worth having, too.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I lost my earphones when getting changed. They were found by staff and posted to me immediately, which was great.
My only concern would be the lack of space for a busy spa if the weather is poor. I will definitely return and would highly reccomend

Visited for a special occasion with my fiancé. £380 for day spa with treatment and lunch. Beautiful setting & facilities. Treatment was excellent, my therapist Maria was outstanding, really tailored my massage to my needs.
Lunch was average but looked great, presentation was better than taste. We had slow roasted beef which was reheated we believe. One big no no for us was that no hot drinks were offered in cost. Not even a basic coffee or tea was offered, I’ve been to far cheaper places and recieved this. Hot drinks are available but at minimum £5 each it’s a bit too much.

Lovely Garden Spa, Questionable Customer Service
We recently visited Eden Hall Spa and, overall, had a pleasant experience—until the very end. The spa services were truly lovely—relaxing and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat in their beautiful garden setting. The food was also enjoyable, with a good selection that left us satisfied.
However, our experience was marred by poor customer service. Despite the website stating that we could use the spa rooms until 10:00 PM, we were unexpectedly told to leave the premises at 10:25 PM. We found this odd, as surely they’d allow customers to use the changing facilities and settle their bills for 30 to 45 minutes after the spa rooms close, especially considering the number of guests the spa accommodates. As two young girls, being asked to wait outside on the main road at 10:30 PM was unsettling and frankly, unacceptable. We had hoped for a more considerate approach, especially given the otherwise relaxing nature of the spa. It ended our experience on such an upsetting note that we won’t be returning, especially when there are other spas in the area with much better customer service. While the facilities are top-notch, the management’s handling of our departure left a lot to be desired.

I bought the serenity spa package for 2 people as a gift card for Christmas. Come July, we were able to use the gift card to book a much deserved day of pampering. It was quite an expensive present, but honestly, it was one of the best experiences of my life.

Arriving at 9am, we were given bands to use as a key to our lockers and a tab for any additional purchases made during the day. The changing rooms were nice and clean, with fresh towels and robes provided. The changing rooms and bathrooms were clean too.

We had a lot to explore, and we were determined to do it all. First was the indoor twilight spa, with 5 saunas. Regular sauna, saunarium, rose sauna, herb sauna, and salt sauna. The regular sauna, saunarium, and herb sauna were great. The rose sauna was too strong of a scent for us, and the salt sauna was bearable as long as you had your eyes closed. There were an incredible number of jets, shower heads, mist settings, massagers, and jacuzzis. The pool was nicely lukewarm- great to cool off in. There were plenty of lounge chairs. We went outside and sat next to the fire pit, where we ordered a couple of smoothies (only £5, refreshing, good quantity, and delicious.) It was a bit chilly in the morning, so we hopped back into the twilight spa, walked around the garden area (which was practically deserted, though it had beautiful, relaxing, nature views.)

Around 12 pm, the spa garden sparsed, so we swam around, enjoyed the jets, and laid in the sun. We had a couple more drinks, the mimosa was okay and the lemon ice tea was too sour for my taste.

We went for our complementary 3 course lunch at 13:30 in our robes. The food was quite enjoyable. We popped into the slumber room for a quick 45 minute, post-lunch nap. It felt a little revealing... there's something animalistic when having to sleep in an open area, I quite wished there were curtains, but that may be a wellbeing measure. I put in my headphones, which helped against the sound of people walking about.

After that, we went to the spa garden again, had a refreshing swim, and relaxed. We -had- to use the outdoor sauna, which was really peaceful as no one really used it.

Then we ran to the changing rooms to slip into something dry and comfortable, got up to our appointments. We were promptly greeted and taken in. I had an elemis facial, which was incredible. I usually hate massages, I can never get comfortable. Big thank you to Safia. She really made the experience comfortable and friendly. Also included was an arm, neck, and scalp massage, which were pleasantly surprising.

After finishing, I waited for my mother to be let out, and we went back to the changing rooms to collect our stuff, and we checked out at 6pm. Staff were very prompt and kind.

Thank you!

Went for my friends 50th birthday as we have always wanted to go.
The gardens are beautiful, reception staff were very polite, friendly and gave us all info perfectly cause we have never been and didn’t know what to do.
I thought the whole place was immaculately clean the whole time we were there.
All areas were amazing to relax in.
3 course dinner was so lovely. Portion sizes were just right.
The only down side was we didn’t have any treatments as they are too pricy so couldn’t afford any on top of the price for just visiting.
But still had a lovely relaxing time. ?‍♀️?
