Sensational! We have had so many compliments on our menu from our guests. The food was incredible from presentation to taste. We were proud to serve the steakhouse to our guests. The team were brilliant from start to finish, we didn’t have a seating plan but it was no trouble for the team. We cannot speak highly enough of the food and team at Edesia.

Faultless experience with Edesia for our summer wedding at Pimhill Barn! Recommended by our venue we enquired with Edesia (previously Rosettes) to cater our wedding and received excellent communication and support from Richard and Elly throughout. After making some initial menu choices we attended the wedding tasting which was a nice intimate meal and a good chance to meet in person. On the day the whole team were faultless, super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, so happy they saved us a special board of canapés after our photos!! We opted for canapés and a bbq to match our semi casual vibe. Richard suggested we served the meat on wooden serving boards on the table which was a really nice touch of class. All the food was delicious, we received so many compliments and the portion sizes were brilliant. Can’t thank this brilliant team enough!!

We held our wedding in July 2024 and could not recommend Edesia more for wedding catering.
Richard, Elly and their team are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help our day be such a big success.
From the moment we met Richard at our menu tasting we felt comfortable and confident in trusting him with our wedding catering. His knowledge and talents are endless and he helped us create the perfect menu for our day. All of the food was absolutely delicious, from the canapés all the way through to the evening street food and we received so many compliments from all of our guests - with many saying it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten!
We are so thankful to the whole Edesia team for their hard work and look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future!

Fantastic in-house catering experience for our dad's 80th birthday. We were a party of 14 including small children: Richard and team served up an incredible, generous Steakhouse meal that was up there with the best London restaurants: they really know how to do steak! Their thoughtful attention to detail, friendliness and efficiency of the whole team made it a wonderful day. Would definitely hire them again.

We used Edesia Events for our Christmas party this December and would highly recommend them for any future events. Richard and his wonderful team were extremely helpful in corresponding prior to our event, answering any questions we had and finding time even during their busy periods. The team was able to make adjustments to ensure everything could work for our event, going above and beyond, even when logistics were difficult. The menu provided was delicious from start to finish and accommodated all dietary requirements and allergies, meaning no one missed out on Richard's gorgeous food. The quality of the produce and the time put into the presentation of the food were exceptional, and it really added to making our evening special. We'd like to thank Richard and his team for going out of their way on the day of our event to arrive early and change their plans. This was especially appreciated as they had to travel a significant distance for the event. I would highly recommend Edesia for any events you're planning—you will not be disappointed.

Marquee wedding August 2024. We are a farming family that loves food, especially local produce. We requested high quality food along with big portions. Richard recommended family / Sunday style catering which worked perfectly. My day who is very hard to please we over the moon with our wedding breakfast and has mentioned it many times.
