Great hotel for a work trip! I stayed here for two nights while visiting the university, and it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the breakfast was satisfying. My only issue was that the bedding could have been cleaner.

I stayed here with my family and was very impressed by not only the service but also the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. I was greeted with perfect service at the front and was not disturbed with any noise and during night or day. The beds were in perfect condition and the bathroom was in top condition. Would very much like to stay here again!

The whole hotel itself from walking through the doors to the room is clean, welcoming, spacious. Better than any of those premier inns or holiday inns. The location is quiet, not busy yet 10mins drive to main spots for food etc. Would definately come again.

I stayed here recently whilst attending a friend’s birthday. Great location with beautiful surroundings. Very easy to get into central Birmingham and back. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Interior of hotel/bar/restaurant was modern and very appealing. Breakfast was amazing!! Enjoyed a leisurely child free breakfast with friends very much! Would definitely look to stay here again.

it’s a convenient place for Birmingham Uni, Horton Grange & Edgbaston Cricket ground.

Stayed at the Peter Scott house for three nights with my husband. It was perfect, and an ideal base for the hospital. The room was very clean, bathroom a little dated but still very clean. Had breakfast across the road, a 2 minute walk, in Edgbaston Park Hotel. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Had our evening meal in the bar, once again excellent food. All the staff we met were really lovely and helpful especially a young man on reception called Dimarkle (not sure if correct spelling), queried booking a room in the future, he took me over the road to see the apartments they have. Showed me around and made sure I got back to Peter Scott House safely. He’s a credit to the hotel. He went above and beyond, which means we will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Nice place to work However one of the new managers for f&b is by the far the most worst manager I’ve ever come across. Very passive aggressive, condescending and rude not to mention inconsiderate when it came to making certain requests in regards to making requests for shifts changes. There is no balance as she doesn’t put the employee needs to first but rather her own. Other employees have even complained about her too. She should be fired and I will be making a complaint to the CEO.
