Great communication prior to arriving and contactless check in worked well.Our room (described as cosy) was great with plenty of storage and quite roomy. Lovely comfy bed, a hot shower with complimentary toiletries helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Had a really lovely stay. The guest house is situated in a really good place. Easily accessible to the Barbican and town centre. There is plenty of parking around. The Guest house is lovely and clean and our stay was most enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place and the owner is friendly and helpful! Rooms are super cosy and warm with a good supply of teas and coffees available and the beds were comfy! The hairdryers are even top-quality too! The location is about a 2 minute walk to the seafront with a lovely selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. Really had a perfect stay here, would recommend!

Our third visit. Comfortable and relaxing stay. Dogs allowed. Close to seafront. On street chargeable parking only which can be arranged directly with guesthouse. |Additional supplies for room such as tea, coffee etc available on a little table in hallway. I think this is a lovely idea. Definitely will be staying again.

We picked this location for a trip to the Plymouth gin distillery. It was only a short walk over the Hoe to get there and everything’s you need is within an easy walk.

Carla was a great host and helped us out with everything we needed. We’d also recommend the Port O Call cafe for traditional home cooked British food with incredibly reasonable prices.

We stayed in Room 1 as a twin room, communication from the owner was very quick. The room with an en-suite was very clean, stocked with everything we needed.

It’s very close to the Pavilions, town centre and the seafront, has parking right outside or very close by.

Perfect for what we needed, would definitely recommend and we would stay over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely well appointed guest house which is ideally situated in Plymouth. Just a short walk away from the barbican and Drake centre.|We enjoyed our weekend stay here and would not only highly recommend this guest house to others but will definitely be rebooking ourselves in the future.

Lovely and clean, easy to get in and out with helpful service and extras if needed. Really easy to check in and out too. Close to front and nice places to eat too at the Waterfront. Short walk around coast to centre with lots of places to see and do
