I've visited Editions on two occasions. I'd been growing my hair, so I had enough length for a fancy up-do for my son's wedding, and Laura did not disappoint!! A fabulous side plait with a messy bun looked stunning on the day.
Then it was time for the big cut and restyle, I had approx 5 inches cut off, and it completely transformed my look. Thanks Laura. I'll be back.

I have long hair. I went in yesterday to ask for it done a certain way and when I got home and looked properly in the mirror, it has been butchered. It had me in tears. I have immediately booked in to go back to my old salon, in another county, to get my hair cut correctly. I had only to tell my previous hairdresser how to do it and she did it perfectly. This cut has taken way too much off, no layers, cut block into a slight v at the bottom when my hair is long enough to do the v and keep the length. My hair is uneven, the centre of my hair is to the left hand side. It isn't a clean cut, it looks hacked in places. When tied back, there's chunks in one side and longer pieces in the other. It should be feathered and nice. I have spent years growing it to this length and it is ruined and it didn't need the length wrecking either. A haircut to sort it and more time to grow it back to the same length again. I now have to plait it to go out so it doesn't look as bad. Thank you for wrecking my hair. I did email and nobody has bothered to respond. I'm disgusted and upset. You should have someone watching juniors at all times. The girl needs to go back to cutting styling heads. What a mess my hair is. EDIT...I had sent it to the exact email address you have provided. Maybe check spam box. I am STILL waiting for the managers response to my hair being ruined. I have left a voicemail this morning. After two emails to the exact email address on your page AND it matching the one you gave me on here, I find it appalling that you STILL have done nothing. I would appreciate a full refund.

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and Chloe was lovely, really pleased with my hair and had a few compliments today.

Absolutely amazing hair dressers, I get my hair done from Rachel every time and she is so so lovely and chatty, I tend to come with reference pictures in mind and she is amazing at helping me come to decisions in regards to my hair 10/10 would recommend
