Ed is great. Made my hair look SO GOOD. I have had bad experiences with hairdressers at other salons trying to straighten out my curls but Ed really focused on making my natural hair look fabulous. Always love the vibes in there too, everyone is so lovely and chilled.

Francesca was absolutely lovely. She gave great advice about my hair as I find it hard to describe what I wanted. She took her time going through it with me and I was super happy with the result. Hey, I've been going to Ed's for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a great experience. Every time I go, they make me feel right at home. Thank you, Ed, for a fantastic cut and colour.
I went in yesterday for the first time for a balayage and cut. I wasn’t 100% happy with the colour but they got me in for another appointment straightaway. Ed corrected the colour and made sure I was happy. It’s not easy going back in when things aren’t quite right but Ed didn’t make me feel awkward at all.

I came here a couple of years ago to have the Brazilian Blowdry. The Salon and staff were lovely and very professional, but the treatment itself caused my hair to fall out. I have had to pay £3,000 to a hair clinic over the past 6 months, and finally it’s stopped falling out. I have since read online that this can often happen, but I wasn’t made aware of this. When I contacted the Salon they said that this is the first they’d heard of this happening. They didn’t even say sorry that it had happened. Thought people would appreciate this kind of information in a review.

Update: having spoken to the owner of this Salon I wanted to post an update. I did send an email 6 months ago (as above) but as the owner pointed out, I didn’t raise this at the time, so I didn’t give him the opportunity to put it right and look into it. The reason I didn’t raise it at the time was because I was coping with too much. I do understand his perspective on this and appreciated our conversation and good will gesture, so I wanted to update my review. I have left in the old review because I do think that people should know that this can happen.

Fabulous as always! All the staff were fab, so welcoming and helpful. Ed was the magician, the technical artist, creative and brilliant. Always a genuinely lovely experience ?
