Appointment made, several messages and emails sent to me to confirm it. I wasted money on a taxi to get there on time. People in the building said Emily was not there and gave me a number to ring. I left a message. She texted back, blamed the booking system and asked if I wanted to book another appointment. I declined as I wasted money on a taxi and won't risk someone being unreliable again.

Emily is fabulous! She thoroughly explained the process and was so lovely, she let me ask as many questions as I wanted to ensuring I felt comfortable and 100% happy before we continued! The actual process was virtually painless. Emily was so good at checking in afterwards to ensure I was happy with the results. I’ve already booked my top up appointment (my first appointment was 3 months ago) and would 100% recommend Emily to anyone interested in botox!

Emily was fantastic! I’m so happy with my results! She listened to exactly what I wanted which was lines to disappear but still have facial movement and expressions! Not painful in the slightest but Emily continued to reassure me throughout! Could not recommend her enough! Had Botox for the first time (23yrs old) it is the BEST decision I’ve ever made! Em is super lovely, helpful and informative. I’ve got loads of movement still so I’m looking natural but my forehead and frown lines are no more, foundation is finally sitting for hours without creasing! 100% the best place to go if you want natural and perfect results ❤️

It was my first time having Botox done so I was a little nervous but Emily was really friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable about the treatment.

The Consultation was very thorough and so was the aftercare. Emily went into a lot of detail to ensure I got the best results possible. I’m so happy with my results, its exactly what I wanted 🙂 I will definitely be retuning in the near future.
