Thoroughly enjoyed my treatments this afternoon with Elaine, Abi and Sally.A warm welcome from Sally on reception who beautifully described my schedule of treatments and the welcoming prosecco, mince pies and Christmas cake were a lovely touch.
I had a fabulous back, shoulder and neck massage with Abi. A wonderful facial and eye brow tint with Elaine in a totally relaxed environment.
The whole experience has been delightful so I've booked another massage.

Through Groupon I had a massage, facial and mini manicure with Abbey. Abbey was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, and was very easy and fun to talk to. Thank you for the rejuvenating afternoon! Amazing price with the voucher too.

Had a hot stone massage which was lovely, and the therapist was friendly but professional. The only improvement could be using blankets on the massage couches not just towels to give a more luxurious feel.

Booked my wife a gift through Groupon. Due to an administrative error they were double booked (we received text messages for 2 other clients and then on the day of the massage my wife's time suddenly changed to one hour earlier). Elaine then tried to blame us for missing the appointment and clearly lied about events. Errors happen, but don't blame the customer when they have the evidence of your mistake in text messages.
