One of the most disappointing experiences I've paid for. I explicitly stated that I wanted a head, neck, shoulder massage when booking and asked multiple times if that was possible, to which I was reassured it was absolutely possible. Before the massage began, I reiterated I didnt like back massages and really wanted a head massage as i also had a stiff upper neck. The massage itself was heavily focused on my back, with no time spent on my neck and only 1 minute spent on my head with a short squeeze. Bitterly disappointing. The atmosphere in general is nice and the changing rooms are clean. The showers were lovely and warm. The front desk staff and waiter were friendly. The afternoon tea was average. However, for the price, it was a bit of a miserable experience, and I would rather have been told they couldn't provide the massage I requested. I would never come back here again.

Birthday Treat. We had afternoon tea, which was so pretty and tasty (noted my dairy free allergy request on arrival).we couldn't managed the scones at the time, so our cream tea was boxed up for us to take home. Then off to the facilities, pool was a nice size, with jacuzzi and loved the ombiance, instantly felt relaxed. Massage was amazing! We came out feeling like we'd truly been pampered. Would definitely go back again.

Lovely spa I have been here before but lockers in the ladies changing rooms are a big issue as they don’t lock, lady from reception came and helped me and had to pop her own code in so i when I needed to open my locker later I had to let her know, when we got back to my locker after 5 hours it had already been opened and the door was wide open! Luckily nothing had been taken but I was far from impressed, the lady on reception said they have a major problem which management are aware of! I’m not sure if I would return to be honest, the afternoon tea was lovely but very disorganised, and staff were saying one of you vegetarian but neither of us were, they were confusing us with another table, then we were asked if we were ready for our afternoon tea when we had already had it, but were waiting for scones. Lovely staff in the afternoon area but no communication.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. I had a blissful half day spa with an incredible Mediterranean bento board for lunch which was exceptional, so fresh and really tasty.
My massage with Amy was brilliant, my only criticism is that the time went too fast I could of easily stayed in there for another hour.
All the facilities are lovely and kept really clean.
A thoroughly enjoyable day, ill definitely be back for another spa day soon

Overall we had a lovely time for my friends birthday. It was welcoming, but when we asked for larger bath robes they didn't have any. This made us very self-conscious having to wear bathrobes that did not fit. This needs to be addressed. Afternoon tea was late but was lovely and they gave us a free processco each. The treatment was fantastic.
