Had an amazing first experience, my second set wasn’t as good. It was busy because of Christmas tbf, but I was passed between 4 nail techs, who I don’t think were listening to what I wanted tbh. Just didn’t enjoy myself, felt rushed, like I was a hassle and like they were skipping steps- didn’t have my cuticles trimmed for example. Nearly didn’t put my biab on (infact they tried to soak it off which I’ve never experienced before, I’m pretty sure they didn’t listen when I told them) then charged me £45 for some pretty average nails that looked grown out after a few days because of my cuticles. Was in there nearly three hours and it was a bad enough experience for me not to really want to go back tbh.

After going for a few months here the last time I went I was not happy! I was made to feel very uncomfortable after being to get my nails done somewhere else as it was convenient for me at the time. I was interrogated by the women in there wanting to know where I had got my nails done. Laughing and gossiping to one of the other members of staff. Very unprofessional. I ended up walking out and will never go back. Over the times I went I did feel that they weren’t very friendly and only ever wanted to do the shape that they wanted but just got on with it but after this I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!!

I've used Elena Nails & Beauty twice now and both times I've left with professional, long last Girl nails. Both times they have had several people waiting and they do their absolute best to get through everyone as quick as they can without dropping quality. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they are not even, half of one eyebrow is gone and also one eyebrow is thinner then the other, definitely do not recommend, absolutely shocking and need more training. 😡
