Recently held our Staff Training Day again in the Elite Suite. A great size room to take 100 staff very comfortably, with room for team games. Staff were very helpful and were always on hand if we needed anything but also very mindful of coming in and out silently setting up refreshments. Great cakes! Would recommend for a corporate event.

Just had my Mum's 90th Birthday afternoon tea at the Elfordleigh Hotel with 55 guests. The food was incredible, and the staff were amazing- everything we asked of them was achieved in a professional and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff across different areas (from Reception to Restaurant and Spa) were very polite and helpful. They made us feel welcome. |The restaurant food was excellent. The spa was enjoyable, and room was very nice and comfortable. All in all, we had a great relaxing time.

Great staff rooms were the best I’ve been in ,in the last twenty years. Food was a buffet style but very good bar well stocked and very well staffed with friendly helpful staff.toilets which aren’t usually mentioned were near and very clean though out the stay/ evening.

A warm welcome, excellent service and food. Very comfortable rooms. Extensive facilities in a beautiful setting. All members of staff were very understanding and helpful at a somewhat difficult time. Sunday breakfast was really good.

Set in the countryside on a nice golf course. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom. They offer a nice breakfast selection including gluten free options. The pool, sauna& jacuzzi are a great bonus.|All staff members that I met were extremely helpful and polite.

A beautiful, romantic hotel set in a picturesque location. Lovely warm swimming pool and has a well equipped gym too. Perfect for a chilled weekend away, playing golf, spa treatments or a swim. Beautiful venue for a wedding / functions.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly reception staff.|Our room was enormous with 2 double beds a wardrobe, dressing table and everything else we needed for our stay.|We ate at the hotel restaurant that night and the food and service were amazing!I I had the burger and my partner had the steak which were absolutely delicious. |The breakfast menu was limited in terms of bread choices and there was no cut fruit but overall it was tasty and hot .|Once again the service was impeccable.|We would most definitely stay at this hotel again
