Really good, always love my nails from here, best place in Colchester and the salon is also gorgeous. Only thing is the staff talk amongst each other in their language in the salon which is completely fine but sometimes I feel like they are talking about the customers, it might just be me being paranoid but I think not making it look like you are talking about the customer would be much better for your customer service. Anyway, I always go here to get my nails done and I am always happy with the results!

Ella’s once used to be the shop of the town but I have found them to become over priced and staff are rude. Pedicures are never done to quality standard. I paid £98 for pedicure and acrylic infills only for the paint to chip and the nails to break within a week. I had to ask for another coat of nail polish as the product was so thin and the person doing my nails wasn’t happy. Everything is all about price. Never made to feel comfortable. Only time it’s good service is when Ella herself is in the shop and this is now minimal.

The guy on reception hasn’t a clue what he is doing and the other staff treat him poorly. Luxury prices with a non luxury service.

Over priced and poor service. Genuinely used to enjoy going to Ella’s, now I’d be telling people to avoid.

Second visit today. Thought I'd give them another chance after my first visit wasn't great. Only two tips required and the technician used two different sizes on the same nails (little fingers)! Asked for square, some were but a few slightly rounded. However salon was sweet.
Today I was kept waiting 25 minutes after my appt time. Was told in very bad English I needed to have my BIAB removed and the cost had rocketed another £10 but trusted their expertise. While my nails look nice, they are different lengths having said the length I wanted. My lefthand little finger nail now doesn't even reach the end of my finger when it was way over. I can't see how people can say it's friendly. It's not and I'm very sociable. Won't be giving them any more of my money. I've given you two chances and you've blown it.

Been going for 2 years now, quick service with great attention to not flooding your cuticles and not filing your nails down too thin which I am careful of. Always leave happy and they are great at doing any design you ask for😊
