We would also like to say a huge thank you to every single person in the store , They are truly incredible staff and have always gone above and beyond with help , care and advice . They love all the animals .very lucky to have them there.

We have our little rankins called Rocky , Even though he can be a rascal you could see the love they had for him .We fell in love with his cheeky behavior,And the staff went above and beyond to ensure the right home was picked for him .

Cannot praise the service highly enough. The staff here are extremely friendly and nothing is too much for them. They went above and beyond when myself and my cousin bought two new barbecues. There was no hard sell, no pressure to buy, just a genuine desire to assist with any question you have. Even when it came to loafing them up they were extremely helpful. A very big thank you to all of the team that assisted us. Will definitely be using this centre again. Well done to you all.

Mark delivered the BBQ this morning.... It's significantly heavier than I thought and really appreciated his help in lifting it up and down a load of steps to get it into position.

There were 3 of us hauling this bit of kit (and even the dustman;who was passing, additionally helped out at one stage!!)... and I couldn't have done it without Mark's help.

Mark was really helpful in sorting the whole process from start to finish as we bought the BBQ on Sunday and had it delivered Monday morning!! He explained everything very well and delivered it exactly as he said he would.

Regularly purchase from this great local independent garden centre. Always good service and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Recently bought our stunning garden seating set. Fabulous price, staff answered all our questions (even got out a tape measure to check the measurements we needed) and were so helpful. Our delivery was set up for the next day! Brilliant service. Totally worth visiting Elm Court and supporting local business. Special shout out to everyone involved: Bron, Hope and Luke W; plus our fab delivery drivers Paul and Mark. Santa experience was amazing!!
Great with SEN children. Loved how they noticed our son wanted a photo but wait was long and they allowed him to have his go!! Amazing way was set out with each area and staff were amazing and Santa looked real!! Totally agree!!

Lovely stock of plants all look well looked after. Restaurant food was lovely and well presented. Staff at checkout were so friendly and engaged in conversation with us. We left after a second trip around feeling happy and appreciated. Well deserved 5 stars will be back again

I had a 1 1/2 hour drive to get to Elm Court and I was simply going to have a look at their garden furniture as they are my nearest stockists. Elm Court is without doubt the best garden centre I have ever been to. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and there is so much stock to view. Special thanks to Karen and Hope who we're so helpful, I ordered all the garden furniture I wanted. More special thanks to Paul and Dez who delivered it all to me. They also assembled all the furniture and placed it where I wanted it. They left everything tidy - even sweeping all my decking - and they took all the packaging away. Despite it being a 3 hour round trip, Elm Court will be the garden centre I will use in future. This high level of personal customer service is rare these days. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Huge thanks to you all - you're the best. See you again soon!
