This was my second stay at Elmdon Lodge and again the service and accommodation were excellent! Katherine and Terry ( including their staff) are absolutely amazing hosts, who made our stay very pleasant. Can't thank them enough for their kind hospitality and live. Staying at Elmdon Lodge was like home away from home.

I recently stayed at Elmdon Lodge and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-appointed. The owners, Katherine and Terry, were incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The peaceful garden was a lovely spot to relax. My only suggestion would be to add a cashless tipping option like EasyTip to easily show appreciation to the fantastic staff. Highly recommend Elmdon Lodge for a warm and comfortable stay!

Nicest people ever, as a very anxious person and my first trip like this away on my own with lots of travelling I can safely say I feel at home and it is one less thing to worry about coming here. I have booked for my third stay having now done two this year for business. Everything I can need is there, fan, fridge both in room and access to a kitchen with oven, fridge, etc hairdryers, iron, kettle and coffee etc, soap bar, shampoo and conditioners mini's, comfy bed, usb charging port, tv.

Stayed here this week whilst we visited family. The room was spotless, a decent size, and had a modern clean en suite (flush was quiet enough not to wake the toddler in the night too, which was great). We stayed in a family room with a double and single bed which were comfortable and suited our party of 2 adults and a child.
Katherine replied very quickly to all queries before the trip, and Terry showed us to our rooms during our late night arrival, and cooked us a lovely breakfast in the morning. The house is beautifully finished too, we especially loved the wooden staircase! And the garden would be lovely to sit in in the summer! It was surprisingly quiet too, we didn't hear road traffic or other guests, it was perfect. Thank you all for a lovely stay!

Katherine and Terry were so welcoming. We appreciated Katherine dropping us down to a great local Italian restaurant. They were able to accommodate us for an early 7am breakfast and made us feel very at home. It was like we were staying with family.|We stayed in the family room - the beds were very comfortable, the room was cosy and warm and it was a great night's sleep. The following morning the breakfast was incredible. There were very generous portions and nothing was too much trouble for Katherine and Terry.

Just returned from two nights stay as we were visiting the NEC. If we could have given more that 5 stars we would have. What a lovely place!. Katherine and Terry could not have made us feel more welcomed. Katherine could not do enough for us, seeing to our every needs. Terrys breakfasts were delicious. The room was lovely and the beds were so comfortable. Tv in the room with lots of channels to choose from. There is a fridge in the room so we could keep any drinks we bought cold. Tea, coffee, Hot chocolate and biscuits provided. We honestly felt like we were staying with some long time friends. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by Katherine n Terry 2 great hosts. The bedrooms as lovely n clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Had great options for breakfast. You definitely won’t leave hungry. Thanks again for a lovely stay x

Travel a lot in the UK, only stayed 1 night and its probably the best UK guest house we have stayed in.|Katherine and Terry were amazing hosts, friendly, warm welcome great with our 5 year old grand daughter.|Room clean, cosy with everything you need, great selection of hot drinks and chocolate bars. |Breakfast plenty of choice continental style with cereals,yogurt, fresh fruit pastries and full cooked breakfast. A choice of juices and hot drinks really delicious.|Lovely garden area would be nice to sit outside in warmer weather.|On site parking.|Will definitely recommend and stay again.|Location great, less than 5 mins walk to the train station straight into the centre of Birmingham City in less than 10 minutes.|Thank you for a lovely stay
